Hotel, staff and Agoda are a bunch of lying cheating thieves! Stay here at your peril or if you enjoy getting ripped off by a bunch of rotten scumbags. Location to Disney is good but I’d rather sleep rough in a ditch or possibly in the gutter which would be cleaner. Fortunately MasterCard came to my rescue and arranged a full refund where the hotel, Agoda and PayPal weren’t interested in the slightest.

We stayed here as we planned to visit Paris and Disneyland. The hotel was clean and our room had a kitchenette and breakfast bar, with everything you need, including a dishwasher. The toilet and shower were separate rooms. A good idea when theres a few of you. They changed the towels that you left in the bath but beds weren't changed often. I dont think they came in the room every day. But that was fine. Our room had a table so we could dine. And a couch which turned into a bed. There was a double bed in the room with sliding doors for privacy. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom. The train station that gets you to either Paris or Disneyland is literally a short walk from the hotel.

Stayed for 3 nights as a party of 5 adults in two rooms to combine Disney with central Paris and this place did the job. Check in was seamless and we were told we had been upgraded - one of the rooms, however, was disabled access with a seated shower which wasn’t suitable. The receptionist wasn’t the most amenable making the change of room but we did get sorted. The hotel is perfectly situated to the RER, restaurants and Val D’Europe. We didn’t have breakfast, preferring to go to local cafes. There were great kitchen facilities for those wanting to eat in their rooms. Our room was quiet, though unsure if this would be the same for rooms facing the main road. If you are looking to eat dinner locally, try a Black Bean Chilli - amazing food and reasonably priced - opposite the front entrance of the hotel. On our last day we weren’t flying until 9:30pm and were heading to Paris for the day. We stored all of our luggage in a large locker at Gard du Nord for €9.50 which was great value!

My family stayed here for two nights to visit Disneyland for a weekend. We arrived by fast train from CDG - 9 mins and then one stop on RER to Val d'Europe. Residhome is literally a 1-2 minute walk, and a 3 minute ride to Disneyland. The train appeared to by more efficient than any shuttle service could provided, especially with the volume of people vying for a seat. It's also very close to the shopping mall, where you can buy everything you need - it even has a grocery store (Auchan). There plenty of eateries around as well. The room was standard with a small bedroom and nice size bed that could be closed off, small living area with a sofa bed, and small kitchenette (2 burners, mini dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and all dishes/utensils). The living area was a little tight when we pulled out the sofa bed, but we made it work. The bathroom sink was clogged, which was a bit annoying - but I didn't report this bc we were only here for two days and barely stayed in the room. The staff was super helpful and checkin/checkout was quick and simple. If you are looking for accommodations a stone's throw away from Disneyland for a fraction of the price...this is your spot. It isn't high-end, but I imagine if you're looking at this hotel that's not what your expecting.
