I've stayed here with Anne and Richard many times while fishing Conn. it's consistently really good. The presentation is great. The rooms are always very nicely arranged and the breakfast room is very good with great food and nice design touches Highly recommended.

Friendly owners, great breakfast, very comfortable house in good location. Good value for money. Would recommend this as a very good accommodation option. Lovely area with nice views and access to Knock International airport.

It has been over thirty years since I visited Crossmolina so it was an added pleasure to find a place such as Lake View House. The weather was wet and windy but this was no problem with the warm welcome from Richard and Ann. They are very kind and nothing is too much trouble. Their establishment is small, homely, and...

The owners are ever so helpful and friendly. The full breakfast is hearty, cooked to order and delicious. Beats the 5 star hotel breakfast we had the next day. Very convenient for a drive and stay holiday. Comfortable, clean rooms, tea coffee making facilities and biscuits. Excellent value for money.

The family is really nice and welcoming. Anne has a great eye and has put together a lovely place. The bed's comfortable, the shower is big enough to allow a person to turn around, our first on this trip at that point. The breakfast room was bright and sunny and breakfast itself was excellent. Lovely selection of fruit and yogurt...

We stayed 2 nights while I was doing my Genealogy just down the road at the Mayo Family History Centre. Then the next day we attended the Mayo North Old Engine &Tractor Club Field day on the 17th. Rich and Ann were very friendly. Our rooms were a little small but We had been in Ireland 11 days and we...

I spent two nights here as I toured the area by bicycle. There was a good welcome and the room was adequate. The breakfast was fine and there was an opportunity to take a bath! The downside was that the room was tiny with not room enough for a chair. A single bed instead of the double would have given...

The Lake View house is a lovely family run B&B. The place is spotless, Richard and Anne are lovely and friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The house is within a 10 minute walk of Crossmolina. Had a fantastic weekend fly fishing on Lough Conn. Had plenty of fish which is the...

Stayed here recently for 3 nights. Rooms were well appointed and really clean, the same with the bathroom. Ann and Richard were really friendly and completely accommodating with requests for early breakfasts and use of the kitchen. The B&B is well located for visiting the surrounding, beautiful countryside, Loch Conn is well worth a visit and then another. A gem...

Had a lovely relaxing stay here Sat the 20th of Feb. Would really recommend this place. It was very very reasonably priced, the B&B was spotless, quiet, bed was really comfy, with nice fluffy towels, bathrobes, a lovely big shower, tea&coffee, herbal teas, wifi, hairdryer, tv, tasty breakfast & overall really nice relaxing place. The host Richard was very accommodating....
