We spent a perfect week at this lovely Maine ski resort hotel in the summer of 2015. Of course, there wasn't any skiing, but we ate in every one of the numerous excellent restaurants on the property, went on the zip line, took a Segway standup scooter lesson and then rode them with a guide, rode the scenic chair lift,...

This hotel is outdated and needs a facelift. The front desk staff are very nice as are the restaurant staff. The rooms are hot, noisy and not well maintained. Ski lockers looks like rusted old gym lockers.

Went skiing over Easter and stayed in the condos for two nights which were just OK. But decided to upgrade to the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel on the last night and glad I did. The service reminded me of old school hospitality where the guests were welcomed and made to feel comfortable and special. Staff made me feel like my happiness...

The room was perfect for families- 2 bathrooms and an loft. Complimentary breakfast every morning was wonderful. Great restaurant. We stayed at Sugarloaf Mountain Resort condo that was very nice and clean. We recommend eating dinner at Gepetto's Restaurant on the resort. We had some of the best Italian food and blueberry cobbler dessert. We wanted to see moose, but weren't so lucky on this trip. If you want to see the best foliage go at the end of...

Stayed at the Sugarloaf mountain hotel in December for 3 nights. Couldn't have had a better vacation. The hotel was amazing. The room was cozy clean and comfortable. The bed was luxurious and soft. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The little restaurant in the lobby had the best hotel breakfast made to order and miles away from the regular...

We stayed here three nights recently. I felt the staff went above and beyond service expectations. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had booked a one bedroom suite for us and our 2 boys and when we arrived, we found it was a large living room suite with a murphy bed, pullout, sink / fridge and full bath on...

The hotel was very comfortable, had a great woodsy cabin feel, with very friendly staff. Our room was very cozy & had all the amenities we needed right there. We had dinner at 45 North - friendly bartender & mouth watering burgers. Great location perks such as lockers & nearby parking access. Would def stay here again!!!

I originally posted this under "Grand Summit Hotel" which is the old name for this place. I have stayed here several times - the latest being February 2015. I love Sugarloaf and I really like the Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel which is about 10 years old. The Sugarloaf Inn is about 300 yards away and is an older (vintage 1965) hotel...
