The hotel lobby , bar , room and facilities were lovely . I was attending a conference there for 2 days and while a beautiful location it is VERY remote with little to do after hours . Bar open until 930 in the lobby and nothing else within walking distance . Ski season not open yet so when in full...

This is a very nice place to stay when visiting the area. We were there for hiking. Room are clean. Ours had a fridge, coffee maker, micro wave and basic to eat in the room. Good thing for bringing your own breakfast, as the area only offers a short list of places to eat. Functional is a good term for...

We stayed one night on our first anniversary. Overall we a had a great experience. My only gripe would be the price of the food it was very good but pricey we did realize it's a location thing eighteen dollars per Person for buffet is a little much . But would recommend sugarloaf.

We are not skiers but reserved a room here for the end of an 7 hour roadtrip. Rooms are clean, beds are soft and warm and the food at the 45 North restaurant is delicious. One complaint about room 610...the A-frame celiling design gave hubby quite a lump on his forehead!

I grew up in Maine but never got the opportunity to visit the Carrabassett Valley. Beautiful location and scenery. Attended my nephew's wedding last weekend and had one the best hotel stays I have ever had. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff from check in to check out were all top notch. Restaurant staff was very pleasant...

Nothing but rave reviews for this venue and staff. We had our 200 person wedding here. The amenities are top notch, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, ands the staff are amazing. Brett at front desk was great, Julia our wedding planner was excellent too. Heather was very accommodating as well. And I can't forget our shuttle driver James.

Extraordinary views from our room. Wonderful to get up every morning and start the day with those vistas. The room was very tastefully appointed, maintained and laid out. Loved the outside activities available right there - zip lining, chair lift rides, hiking and hot tubing. Smiling, helpful staff - will definitely be back!

We decided to try the zip-lines on the Sugarloaf ski resort. It was a nice day in the summer so why not? I was expecting a bunch of long runs down the mountain. What we actually got was (6) 100 yard runs with the peak of excitement being a "throw a rock in the bucket" as you slide down the...
