I'm writing this here because he is part of the guest house and provides tour guide services. Bottom line is my flight was late and he wanted to charge me for that. I had an airport transfer booked through Abdul to and from Harar, and...More

Wonderful! Authentic Harar experience. Since it is in the old city you have a chance to experience the real Harar. We stayed for two days and the hosts are very nice and accommodative. The room are clean and the breakfast was amazing.

Wonderful, authentic place to stay in Harar. It's in the middle of the old city and is probably the best place to stay if you travel here, in my humble opinion. Of course, there isn't really enough water to take a proper shower, but that...More

I cannot believe some of the whining reviews on here! Rewda's Guesthouse was amazing! Yes the bathrooms are shared, and yes the shower is cold, but have you ever traveled in the developing world before?!? This place was nice, friendly, and welcoming. It can be...More

Can we make reservations for 2 people for 4-5 nights in late April 2016? We are two old guys and we can share a bed if need be (we're budget travelers and used to it). Does this guest house permit that?
