We were in Italy since the 3rd week of July for 19 days. We (me, my husband, my 7-year old son and my 4.5 year-old girl) stayed at Villa Olmi Resort for 6 nights only. The staff (all at the reception area; the 'security' Asian man who led us to our room when we checked-in; the staff who led us...

Summary: Overall summary was that we had a perfect stay at the villa Olmi resort, using all the hotel facilities and Restaurant over a 4 night stay in late July. The staff were overall very accommodating, really helpful and welcoming, superbly clean and spacious room with antique furniture, nice styling and a fantastic breakfast service - highly recommended. This was our fourth European destination during a three week trip, and it was a breath of fresh air. From its spacious rooms, outstanding service, relaxing pool area, and Tuscan scenery...all were absolutely perfect. We arrived a bit travel weary and were welcomed to the Villa Olmi with friendly smiles and a cool drink. Our room was beautiful, 3 windows...

We stayed there a few days after a week in the centre of Florence. It was great, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It was very relaxing to lay by the pool and enjoy the peace of the hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant only once as the food is expensive but very good....

We stayed at the Villa Olmi for two nights in one of the Villa suites (310). The room was amazing-- over the top beautiful-- on two levels. The only problem was figuring out how to control the air conditioning. The room was either too hot or too cold and the control impossible to understand. The service including Sabrina at the...

we had originally booked to stay in the suite at mulino di firenze, but when we turned up there were informed there was a problem with the room, so they had already booked us in to villa olmi (which I had never heard of). We had 2 young children with us (a 3 month old and a 2 year old),...

After a wonderful stay in the centre of Florence we decided to round off our trip in a romantic and relaxing place. We travelled by taxi from Florence, which is not too far only cost €20. First impressions we were taken aback by the lack of upkeep to what is supposed to be a 5 star resort. Plaster and paint...

Dear Tripadvisor user, Our management always takes customer feedback very seriously, but in this case, having identified with certainty your reservation I beg to differ from almost all of its claims. Some of his statements are very damaging and especially untrue. Let's go point by point: - Having identified your reservation allowed myself to re-read its entire history and has...

We have just spent 3 nights at villa olmi, the hotel is set in gorgeous surroundings with beautiful gardens and a very peaceful immaculately kept pool area. Staff were very friendly and polite, we mentioned it was our honeymoon and within 5 mins of being in our room they brought prosecco on ice and strawberries to our room. We had...

We stayed at Villa Olmi in March 2013, we visit Florence every year and normally base ourselves in the centre of the city but always spend a few days visiting other parts of the area. This year we decided to stay outside of the city and found this wonderful hotel in its own little oasis but close to the motorway...
