We were very pleased with our stay here. We were traveling for our wedding and this was our first night in Italy. Our flight arrived late in the evening and, when we went to check in to the original hotel we had booked, it was closed. Fortunately, Hotel Europa had late night reception and availability. We found parking easily. The...

The room was dim with hideous, worn decor. I don't usually care what the decor looks like but this looked like it was about 30 years old which made me wonder how much grot could possibly accumulate within that period of time. Gross. The bedspread looked questionably grubby. A plastic stool in the bathroom for those who need it. The...

Spent a night on 17th Oct as part of the Cosmos Tour. Had the included dinner and breakfast in the hotel. When we asked for extra bread during dinner, we were told there is none left. There is a ration of one piece per person. Breakfast is cold and the 2 waiters keep staring at the group during breakfast. Seem...

We stayed at this hotel as part of a Cosmos Tour and other than being a bit tired and basic is was comortable. We stayed in a room with a balcony (small though it may be :-)). Public transport was just on the other side of the square. Don't expect to get the lift in a hurry though we all...

The decor of this hotel needs significant improvement. Staying for one night while on a tour, my wife and I had some difficulty sleeping due to the transit station close by. Great jogging paths are right around the hotel. The power went out when we arrived and the hotel staff, rightly or wrongly, blamed our tour group. There are some...

I stayed at this hotel as part of a Cosmos tour. I stayed only 1 night and the accommedations were adequate. The TV was very small, maybe 8-10 inches. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a view of the front of the hotel with the train station to my left. It only took 15 minutes to get to...

This hotel was a pleasant place to stay. Although it took us about an hour in our tour bus to get to this hotel from central Florence, it was such a peaceful place to be. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet enabling us to get a good night's sleep. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked...

We stayed here for one night as part of a Cosmos tour. The remote location didn't bother us since we had already toured Florence. Accommodation is divided between two buildings. The room we were in was very small and in the other building across from the hotel. Apart from the small size, the other problem we faced was a lack...

“I didn't see a fitness center or swimming pool, which is not to say that they didn't have one, only that I didn't ask. If you are interested in such facilities, I suggest you call ahead. As for the rooms, you need a key card to activate the electricity, but since we spent so little time in the room, this was a non-issue.”
