Great hotel, close to the main plaza, but quiet. Comfortable rooms and bathroom, and very very clean. Not a weird smell like in other hotels in the area. The service was great, they recommended excellent restaurants as well. Definitely, the place to stay if you want comfort at an affordable price
Hotel Antonio Narino is well-situated in village center and offers locked car parking around the corner. The rooms of this hotel are grouped around two communal courtyards; each with two floors. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is wonderful. This is a hotel for people who would like the basic rustic inn experience. Rooms are simple, with cold water in the sink, a hot shower; and a small tv. One sleeps and wakes with the rhythm of the other guests as one uses the (courtyard) window for ventilation, and walls are thin. The hotel offers no breakfast, but has hot and cold water with instant coffee and tea available at the reception.
We only had a one night stay here which was a shame as it is a lovely hotel. It is set in a beautiful old building. The staff were so helpful. They don’t normally offer breakfast but put on a wonderful breakfast for us at the request of our ground agents. Our only negative comment would be that we couldn’t balance the hot and cold for our shower. There was plenty of hot water but we just couldn’t get the temperature right. It was either too hot or too cold. This wouldn’t have been a problem if we’d used the jacuzzi bath. Otherwise it was a great stay with fantastic staff. We would certainly recommend it to others.
This place is oozing character, ambience...and the staff is very attentive, will meet your every need. Rooms are nicely appointed. Its central location means you can walk to most other tourist sites in town. The hotel staff will arrange rides for you to sites outside of the village.
This property is incredible. The location and town match it. Our room had a spa bath which functioned perfectly and was a lovely way to relax after a busy day exploring. The staff would bend over backwards for you and were so friendly. The location is five minutes from the bus station and only a few minutes from the main square. This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Colombia, an incredible country with so many incredible people and landscapes.
Arrived and immediately welcome into our rooms, asked us to get comfortable and later they asked to be checked in to the room. Room were great ,cleaned - fridge and wi fi accessible - although later into the week had a problem ,they were very helpful with copies of documents we needed right away.
Great hotel. great rooms, great location, next to the main square...Jefferson is the best hotel personality and host I ever met..Really recomending to everybody. Only good words for this hotel....Great beds and free coffe in the loby
I have been staying in this hotel for my vacation for many years. The service is absolutely perfect. From Marlene the receptionist to the youngest guys that help you with your luggage. All of them are very knowledgeable about the town restaurants and activities around the town. I always stay in the second floor suite, spacious, with Jacuzzi and a humongous bed. The hotel send you back on time, colonial style, very colorful with a peculiar sense of nostalgic times. The hotel is very close to everything in town, restaurants, bakeries and the main square. The owner Alberto is super friendly with tones of stories to tell about the town. I feel like been at home and with family when I stayed here. Highly recommended!
The service is super! I was sick during my stay and the owner was very helpful and considerate (even made me a delicious dinner for my weak stomach). The rooms have a colonial style and are clean and surrounded by silence. The hotel is in the middle of the town so very convenient.
Perfectly located and silent! The rooms are modestly-sized but comfortable, with beamed ceilings and all the usual mod cons. The staff are all adorable and bend over backwards to help. Excellent value for money.
