My husband and I stayed in the Resort and SPA for three nights in October of 2016. We had some difficulties finding Falconara Charming House Resort & SPA, because it is located not in Butera, but in Marina di Butera. The reason for not giving this charming hotel all five stars is that it is somewhat dangerous to swim in... More

Let's rectify: The hotel is not in Licata (as often referred to on the Internet), it is in the middle of nowhere. Licata is 12km away. Without a car you are lost. If you are dependent upon taxis, waiting time is 20-25 minutes. Receptionists are welcoming, friendly and efficient. We had booked a room with garden view. It was on... More

Very good hotel which has all the facilities you can hope for such as a good size pool, tennis court and a small private beach with limited bathing experience because of shallow rocks but it was agreeably warm in October. The bonus was the restaurant menu which changed every evening. The food was surprisingly delicious and the staff looking after... More

we stayed as part of our honeymoon and this small hotel is set in a beautiful location, beach and beach service definatley welcome and the views are amazing, food really good especially if bought as a package, really lovely and friendly staff and the spa is worth the treat, definitely recommend for a few days of relaxation, food and pampering.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Their attention to detail is exemplary. Rooms large and confortable, dining room both inside and out spacious with lovely lit garden and sea views. They have anextremely talent chef, and the Menu changes daily important if you we were there for a week or so,which we would highly recommend doing!

If you are charmed by an impersonal international hotel which could be in Dubai or Miami, set in a landscape of poly-tunnels with spacious, comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped but impractical bathrooms; a lobby reminiscent of a railway station from the Mussolini era; a dark, ill-lit lounge and bar area; a predominantly black colour scheme (floors, furniture, doors, pool surround);... We booked via Secret Escapes which was excellent value for money. Hotel was lovely (private beach-side location, resort layout was very spacious, rooms were large, with air-con and beds very comfortable, food great, and staff helpful). Just a couple of very small negatives; Details of our package inclusions could have been a bit more specific to avoid confusion at the... More

We stayed recently for 2 nights here in a sea view suite- the room was spacious and well equipped with a private balcony overlooking the sea and castle on the headland. The hotel is really well thought through including the common areas and has an especially welcome private beach with sun loungers, free towels and clear access into shallow swimming... More

We stayed at the hotel a couple of nights at the end of August with my fillancee and our baby boy. Whilst this is a four star rated resort in a nice location and the reception staff was very nice and welcoming, the overall experience fell very short of expectations. Here are few examples of why we would not recommend... More

A comfortable, well appointed hotel, amazing views and brilliant staff. Excellent food and first class service. Worth hiring a car as the hotel is in a remote area. Hotel has a delightful private beach and many facilities. Restaurant is exquisite.
