We went for the Mothers Day meal. The food was absolutely fantastic and there was a great variety for a set menu. The staff were lovely and the tables looked fantastic. My mum was very impressed! We were even given a small gift for our mums too. Will be definitely going again- probably for Father's Day!

A great group of people run this friendly club, and yes it isn't a championship course, but it is unusual to find a flat surface and it is a typically 'rolling' piece of Devon countryside which is challenging. Great to find a course on which you are not being chased all the time. For casual lunches the menu is limited,...

We received a warm welcome. Course was in good condition especially as they only have two green keepers. Food was fine and reasonably priced. Course is picturesque, long enough off the white tees and challenging in parts.

Golf course appeared neglected. Food in restaurant was bland and hardly defrosted. Such a shame , the location has loads of potential and deserves better . No hotel since a fire a few years ago , so no accommodation.

Although the hotel has not been rebuilt yet, Tom the chef has returned and Sunday lunch is now very much back on the menu. We joined friends this Sunday for lunch at the club-house restaurant. We received a warm welcome from all the staff and a personal greeting from the chef. Our table was reserved & ready for us. We...

Played this course twice this year, once in February, and again today. The golf course is in great condition.... Greens in good condition, fast running, with a good challenging layout and great views over the edge of Dartmoor. Got a warm welcome both times I've played and then had some lovely cake in the clubhouse afterwards. Some great holes including...

Admittedly it was over a year ago but I stayed here because I got a good late deal for one night and it was close to where I needed to be the next day with my daughter. Very pleasant staff and the bar area was nice with a few games to occupy my child. The bar food I ordered was...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room was a good size and modern. Very close to dartmoor national park for exploring, also a stones throw from a lovely restaurant. Good parking, wifi and nice lounge area in the hotel to get a coffee.
