Living in a beautiful old farm voluptuously decorated and renovated Very spacious and comfortable Bedding is excellent The kids enjoyed the big outdoor swimming pool and the parents the Very close to every attraction : rivers, villages, forests, caves... We enjoyed a lot of sports : canoeing, hiking, swimming, caving... Who loves nature will be glad to spend vacation here and good food and wine and chestnuts... Aircon !!! it is a very hot area with a lot of mosquitos Be careful, the accomodation is upstairs and the upstairs rooms have low ceilings, not easy for tall people Farm far from the road, but heard outdoor Definitely enjoyed our stay and recommend the guesthouse Bruno SO SO NICE and HELPFUL
We loved this accommodation located on an almond tree farm very close to Pont du Arc. We had a very quiet, clean and quaint room with a kitchen, and sitting area with a comfy couch. It also had a private patio and entrance. The breakfast was large and very good with eggs, mushrooms, cheese, meats and great bread and homemade jams. Our host Bruno was outstanding and even recommended an outstanding restaurant in a nearby town that turned out to be the best meal of our trip. The setting was just beautiful. Don't hesitate, stay here!
Excellent breakfast, local - grown products. Bruno (the host) provided some great ideas for both hiking, and dining, in the area. He is really kind and helpful, without being too invasive. Room was really cute, big and clean. Free wifi.
Set amongst sprawling almond orchards and vineyards, backed up by the hills of the Ardeche, the stone farmhouse exudes a sense of tranquility. Bruno welcomed us warmly over a glass of sangria, and our enquiry regarding places to eat immediately turned into a reservation for the best table on the terrace of Les Tilleuls in Lagorce - a fantastic find that we highly recommend. The room was large, clean and cozy without being fancy. Breakfast was generous and delectable. The place was easy to find and a wonderful escape from urban tourist settings. A real highlight of our trip !
This is a typical French farmhouse - actually 3 houses joined together - and as such is not particularly attractive from outside. But the room we had was spacious and comfortable, with fast WiFi and a small separate bathroom. The big attraction here turned out to be the excellent French breakfast with the convivial Bruno, the owner, and guests from his other two rooms - included in the price ! The farm produces almonds and other fruits, all without chemicals, which are made into delicious jams to go with the excellent local bread. Sheep are used under the trees instead of weed-killers and fertilisers. This B&B has a very high rating from 60 reviews on another site, and most people mention the exceptional welcome from Bruno, with his delicious breakfast.
