An old and and poorly maintained hotel. With the beach far away from rooms. The buffet dinner is bad and with limited options. The service is average and the infrastructure looks as if it has never gone through maintenance. Will never come back and clearly won't recommend it!

Dear Rene M, We are very sorry to hear your experience at Sheraton Samui Resort did not meet your expectations on this occasion. We value your feedback and have shared your comments about the buffet and service with our senior management team to identify any areas for improvement. Our resort underwent a major renovation prior to opening in 2015 and...

We spent a week here. Nice large round m with a view of the beach. Lovely friendly helpful staff and the result has beautiful grounds and pool and at quiet end of the beach. Fantastic breakfast but they charge extra for coffee and charge way more than taxis to collect you from airport. For the high price of the room...

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were comfortable with a good balcony view. The two pool areas were awesome, you can relax and enjoy the sunrise or sunset near the beach. The staff was really helpful. The location is good with availability of transport right outside the hotel. The breakfast was also food eith some variety available

My wife and 17 month son stayed at the Sheraton Samui Resort for 4 nights. We had a superior room close to the pool and beach. We found the staff to be very helpful and polite. Breakfast each morning had an extensive choice as one would expect from a Sheraton. The views from the breakfast terrace were fabulous. Our son...

What a fantastic stay. We were there for 8 nights. The room was beautiful, all the food was amazing, so it was a shame that more people weren't eating there. The Blue Monkey beach bar has happy hour from 5.30-7 daily, and Long Talay restaurant offered 3 buffet nights as well as their standard menu of Thai food and things...

We stayed there for 2 nights on 17-19 Mar and we got 2 connecting rooms with sea view. The room was very huge and comfortable for 5 of us. The shower room was very spacious. We enjoyed the pool nearby the beach and Jacuzzi in the garden. The staff was very friendly and helpful esp Mali who offered herself to...

I had a standard room. It came with a nice balcony and an ocean/mountain view. The room was a nice size. But the best part was the grounds and location. The hotel is a couple of miles out of the main part of town. Once you enter, you are very secluded. The grounds are terraced. There is a main building...

After checking into this hotel we were confused as to the layout but once we got to know our way around everything was much clearer. I can't fault the standard of the hotel - it is kept immaculate, to the gardens, the rooms and of course the staff who will do anything for you with a big smile ! Everyone...

Stayed here for 4 nights while on holiday in Ko Samui and overall had an excellent stay. As a platinum member with SPG/Marriott, I was kindly upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite after booking just a standard room. Check in was smooth, bags carried to our room, and the room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the garden pool. Room...
