After reading the reviews on here me and my friends were extremely apprehensive about staying in this hotel however it really isn't as bad as some of these reviews! We stayed in an air con room and it really is a 'get what you pay for' kind of place. It's in a good location just a 15 minute walk from... More

Staff unfriendly, wifi awful, bar or restaurant not even open. Door doesn't close properly. Towel as a bed sheet. No-one cleaned room. view was on to a building site. Nothing like the brochure. Even on a budget it's terrible. TAT centre in Bangkok recommend this place, they must be paying them a fortune to do so. Such a shame for... More

I walked in, and immediately checked out. Of course I pre paid for 3 days, and the refused to refund the remaining two days. So unfriendly, unwelcoming and the room was horrendous. Not clean and I didn't feel safe being alone. I would never ever stay or recommend. Do not stay here!

The place itself is fine, single room with airconditioning clean bed and bathroom. The staff are very friendly and it's a good place to eat and rent a motor bike at a reasonable price. The WiFi wasn't great for speed or coverage. Personally I think I overpayed for this place as there were cheaper places for less. Otherwise it was... More

Lots of mosquitos. Doors don't close completely to outside so bugs can come in. Dirty sheets. No hot water. Toilet leaked for entire stay (told maintenance and they pointed at the drain in the floor and said its ok). TV was broken. Fridge was very loud, probably just broken. Shower was super dirty. But for 11$ a night per person... More

Unfriendly staff, bugs in our room, only 3/6 lamps were working, shower above the toilet(?), small space, an awful loft to sleep in, holes in the ceiling, dirty sheets, and so on. You can say it was not our best stay. The name fits the hotel perfectly. Bonus, close to the beach :)

As I was looking for calm and Thai culture I cannot recommend this hotel. The area is too noisy and full of tourists. The room was ok but really hot even if the A/C was on. Hopefully a free shuttle service was included and we could get the boat to koh tao the next day.

Pictures looked great but overall rough.. Horrible smell in the room and blood stains on the sheets, beds were rock hard and the air con barely worked and made a lot of noise! Also the bar upstairs didn't open once! And the wifi was very weak. Overall poor place

Stayed here for 3 horrific nights. Towels or bed linen weren't changed once. Bed linen was actually a large towel! Beds were child sized, 3/4 size of a single. Mould on the walls, patio doors wouldn't close together in to middle so it was like a mosquito circus at night. The fridge sounded like a jet turbine!
