We stayed there with a group of friends for one night. Rooms are clean, bathrooms as well, equipment and furniture has seen better days. Mattress however was perfect for me. (Medium soft) Breakfast was a bit 80s style presentation. Choices were plenty though. Orange juice was made from powder. The Dracula show, if you want to call it, wasn't scary.... More

Hotel Castel Dracula is reminiscent of the old communist days with small windows like a prison cell. However the location could not have been better. On top of the elevation near a ski resort, it has a beautiful view from the balcony of the restaurant. We stopped here for coffee on the way to Bucovina country and had a pleasant... More

We spent a night at the hotel and of course we wanted to have dinner there. One of the waitresses was quite rude when informing us that dinner is served only until a certain hour. ( we arrived some minutes before the last order should have been taken) There's no need of using a rude tone and face when talking... More

Stopped with my father on a monday, place was empty. Went to have lunch and noticed that the dishes we ordered were mot even close to what was written în the menu. It was such a dissapoinment, we immediatly refused the dishes and went out. Such a big dissapoinment after a 250km drive and not to menționate we were starving.... More

We wanted to visit the famous hotel and hence we drove all the way from Bistrita. From outside is very peculiar and deserve taking few photos to share with friends and family. We visited the inside, but apart a 5 minutes visit to Dracula's Room, there is nothing else to do for a visitor. The hotel is located in a... More

The location of the hotel, on a mountain peak, is fabulous. The rooms are big and comfortable, the hotel was build like in an authentic Dracula Movie and is very popular all year round. WiFi only in the lobby and restaurant. No elevators. Ideal for a one night stop. Must see once in a life time.

We stopped there for lunch, while returning from a trip in Iasi. We managed to find a table on the terrace. Great view! We ordered some traditional romanian food and it was very good. Big portions and resonable prices. I would go there again for sure.

I highly recommend this place! I would def stay again! The location and views are speculator!!! It's a change from the hot heat elsewhere in Romania! No air condition, but with open windows fine at night! Good breakfast! However my mother fell, got a concussion from hitting her head on steps!!! No elevator! No railings! Management didn't come to check... More

The restaurant is situated in a splendid place. But the restaurant is terrible. You are waiting much till someone is having your command. They have an enormoys list, very difficult to choose but almost everithing is very bad. The meat seemed to be old and it is not well prepared. It is also expensive for such a service and meat.... We did not check in the hotel, just stoped to eat. Very good food and the prices are ok. The toilet would need an upgrade but it was clean. Very nice scenery, the construction is interesting, it doesn't have anything to do with Dracula though...
