We have just come back from skiing in La Rosiere, we stayed in Les Balcons which was our 5th time. This year we were very disappointed we found the staff very rude and unhelpful. We didn't get our keys to the apartment until gone 6pm when we got the our room we had to clean it as it was dirty....

Having stayed here with ski world, chalet choucas is on the top floor of this building. Most of the rooms only have a sky light, we were fortunate to get a room with a window. The rooms are dated, lighting poor, power sockets few, the beds and pillows uncomfortable, hangers that couldn't be removed from the wardrobe for drying anything,...

The chalets are in a great location for the lift/slopes. A short walk of less than 30 seconds and you can put your skis on and head on down, you can ski right back though. The chalet had a good size living/dining/kitchen area, the bedrooms are quite small but I have never known any different with ski accommodation. Reception wasnt...

We had a very comfortable stay, plenty of room for all of us. The spa helps with the aches and pains as well. Great location easy access to the lift and to the centre. Unfortunately as the windows in the bedrooms didn't open the rooms got quite hot.

We took a 14 persons apartment which was generally ok. Furniture and kitchen equipment is a bit dated. Even though the wi-fi is free of charge, it wasn't working well really, only time to time. It is claimed to be ski in/ski out, but actually you can ski-in only, as in order to reach ski lift you have to walk...

We stayed in Chalet Choucas which is on the top floor of one of several large blocks of chalets all under the Les Balcons complex. We were met by the hosts who helped us up a lift to the top floor which was a great help with bags and skis to carry. The two hosts were both new to the...

The apartment we had was in a great location, very spacious and comfortable. We did have some problem locating the actual apartment number but this was due to not very good directions from reception staff. It had fabulous views, well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space. The only issue we had was the beds were very hard and uncomfortable....

Good quality chalet (very similar to others in the Les Balcons group), but our room was in the eaves of the building with only a skylight (no window or balcony). The roof had a thick covering of snow (not surprising in winter!), which meant that there was no natural light. Also, for obvious reasons, the skylight could not be opened....

La Rosiere is the perfect place for any skiers-if you're just starting or an expert, with a range of easy and hard slopes, it makes a great family destination. When you're out skiing, there are really good facilities. There are 2 restaurants on the slopes with spectacular food eg: the chips, utterly amazing. Also, there is a ski park, cross...

We went as a family of four, with another family of three. We stayed in Le Balcons, which are in the Les Eucherts area of La Rosiere. We could ski back to the chalet, but not ski from the chalet - but it was only a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest chairlift (Les Eucherts) which almost takes you high...
