I have been to many places but I can say that this one was most memorable! Glenda was the best host and we got to know her family as well. The breakfasts were delicious and she was very knowledgeable about what to do! We enjoyed the train ride! My son went back to Wales the next year and made sure...

My wife and I have just returned from a trip around North Wales, we stayed at Capel Pisgah B&B, we could not have found a better place to rest our heads for the price. Glenys the landlady is so nice and friendly and helpful, when we asked about the local pubs, she told us where to go and where not...

We were originally booked into a B&B just round the corner but due to an "issue" with our room we ended up here and how glad we were too. We were made to feel right at home from the get go with a lovely pot of tea and a good old chin wag with Glenys and her family, who were...

Stayed at Capel Pisgah a few times now over the last couple of years and have always found it to be a great place to stay. Its rooms are always warm, clean and tidy and a friendly welcome from Glenys is guaranteed, as is a hearty breakfast. Plenty of facilities in Blaenau itself and it makes a great base between...

Wonderful room with sunroof to see stars at night. Fantastic hostess, very helpful and always jolly. Scrumptious breakfasts, everyday different from the previous one. Friendly atmosphere. A place to find peace and quiet and a great starting point for walks to see breathtaking views in the nearby mountains and woods. Will certainly be back.

Glen was superb. There were fifteen of us, staying for a weekend visiting the Zipwire and Bounce Below attractions at Llechwedd. Every part of the family had specific diet and accommodation requirements. No matter how awkward our requests were, she was more than happy to help out. The rooms were comfortable, the showers/bathrooms were clean and efficient and the food...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Glenys & Doug Lloyd extend a warm welcome to you in our warm, clean and homely guest house. Our Guesthouse is named Pisgah after Capel Pisgah (or Pisgah Chapel in English) which was built here in 1899 as a place of religious worship for the slate miners and their families. It was bought and sympathetically converted by ourselves to provide pleasant accommodation for those wishing to come and explore our town and the wonders of Snowdonia. Being geographically located in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, Pisgah Guesthouse makes an ideal base from which to explore the whole of Snowdonia. Having been raised in the area, we can tell you all about the stunning walks, picturesque lakes (including "alleged" best fishing points!), friendly pubs, tasty cafes and everything else the area has to offer. We wish to make your stay as enjoyable and memorable as possible.... At a Glance our services are as follows: +6 Warm and Comfortable en suite Bedrooms. +All bedrooms have wi-fi internet, tea making facilities, soft smooth towels and remote control TV. +All bedrooms are as warm as toast thanks to the under floor heating. +One delightful bedroom on the ground floor with full disabled facilities including a spacious wet room. +One Family Room available with a double or twin bed and a single bed. +Plenty of storage space for Mountain Bikes. +Pleasant and warm TV Lounge for relaxing and socializing. +Delightful home cooked evening meals available by arrangement if required. +Well behaved pets always welcome by appointment. +Early check in of 2PM as standard. +Late departure time of 11AM as standard.
