We loved this hotel. Don't be deceived by the uninspiring entrance because once you enter the hotel you find yourself in an oasis of calm and relaxation. Casa Aamari is a beautifully designed and presented boutique hotel. It's not the cheapest option on this coast but sometimes you have to pay for quality. Most important for me is that If... More

My husband and I spent 10 wonderful days at this hotel. Everything was perfect!!! From the moment we checked in Patricia, the owner, was so accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure we were still being looked after. Our room was beautiful, we stayed in one... More

Its beach front location is unbeatable. The food is GREAT ! I was first exposed to the Oaxaca coast c.1995 & have returned regularly for the undeveloped character, relaxed pace & genuine people. Oaxaca's overall quality of life has a unique quality.

The infrastructure of the hotel is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. But for such a high price, you would expect much more: breakfast was not included. The bar service closes extremly early, and there are not many other palces to go. If you order a drink that costs as much as one in a rooftop in NYC you expect to... More

My wife and I spent the most amazing weekend here. Patricia and staff were so friendly, always asking what we needed. They serve incredible food and drinks (seriously the food is great - more expensive but worth it). The room was really comfy, clean, and exactly what we needed. The accompanying beach, pool, lounge chairs and area to relax is... More

Beautiful, spacious room. Ours was oceanfront with AC (AC on ground floor units only I believe). The door is actually the whole wall facing the beach making for a great view; a screen keeps the bugs out, though we experienced very few bugs generally. The large wooden door had a flimsy locking mechanism, but we kept it wide open all... More

The hotel made our stay wonderful - its atmosphere, the beach 30 secs away and everyone on the staff is very helpful and nice. Our room was beautiful, very chic and comfortable. We could not have dreamed of a better place to stay! Plus, the restaurant of the hotel has amazing food and juices!

Weird joint. Rooms look just like the pictures. So does most of the rest of the property but... No on site mgmt, no hot water, electrical problems in rooms, cash only, dimly lit lobby, no lights outside, hard to find in the dark, and it's mostly empty. It's also the most expensive hotel on the strip. I wouldn't stay here... More

Amazing beautiful setting, spectacular golden sand beach that goes for a mile in either direction, surf that breaks right in front of your room, two very beautiful little coves just to the west, ocean breezes, warm & tumultuous ocean, and with chaise lounges, chairs & hanging beds right there to enjoy it. It's a one of a kind gem -... More

Great place. Small and charming. Paty is great and always on the lookout for her guests. Staff is super educated, professional and nice. Food is really good. Rooms are great, very comfortable beds and spacious. I'll definitely stay back here on my next trip to Mazunte/San Agustinilo/Zipolite. The beach is nice. Great service.
