We spent four nights in November 2014, as part of a 3 month trip around Southern Africa. The rooms have been recently remodelled and are wonderfully african-contemporary with splendid bathrooms. Previously known as the Pemba Channel Fishing Club with a world wide reputation for angling finesse. Currently buildings being demolished and the site looks like Heathrow T5 used to. Spent three days at Pemba Channel Lodge in Shimoni near Mombasa, Kenya. We went big game fishing and caught a barracuda. Apparently in December through March there are the 'big-marlin' .
