We came for lunch, covid practices in place. Friendly and accommodating. Was able to get a vegan friendly lunch which was good. They cooked the Falafel and Chips separately. No Soya Milk unfortunately but the black coffee was lovely. They serve lunch and dinner in the bistro restaurant. Was a little chilly in the restaurant today but that didn't ruin it.

Despite covid restrictions the staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was exceptionally good and plentiful and set us up for each day. Evening meals are outstanding. Our room was clean and met all our needs. The hotel itself was ideally located for travel in any direction. Would we stay there again?? Absolutely!!!

Thought the hotel over priced and in need of an upgrade. Our room was £160 per night and at times we had no hot water for our shower. Receptionist told us late delivery of fuel caused the problem but when we were there a few months before , we had exactly the same problem .The room itself was quite tired looking especially the en-suite where there were cracks on the wall. Breakfast was nice tho and the hotel has parking . It’s located about a 7 minute drive from Oban.

The Falls of Lora is a hotel full of history and it was pleasing to listen to the Receptionist upon check-out to talk about it. It’s rare that you find those who work within a hotel know the history behind it. The service throughout our stay was polite, easy-going and timely. Perfectly located just outside of Oban, the Falls of Lora is a great rest-area for travelling to and from the surrounding highlands and coastline. Something we as a family (dog included) found most appealing, and the reason for our booking. I would highly recommend the Fall of Lora to any of our friends or family who wish to visit Oban and the surrounding area.

Had dinner on the last day of the holiday. At first they couldn’t find our table booking and asked three times if we were residents. Tablecloth was slightly dirty with ringmarks on it. Food was ok- the fish was nice, but tbh nothing special. Staff were pleasant.
