The staff are really very helpful in this hotel. The downstairs and garden are superb. The food is mostly very good. However, wow!, was I disappointed with our room. We had booked the superior suite for 2 nights as a treat and the only way to sum it up is that it was very dated. Apricot 1970s bathroom facilities, horrible...

Dear Annie, We thank you very much for your comment on our hotel and also you for your nice comments about the quality of the restaurant. We are pleased to inform you that the room you occupied has now been fully renovated (like the two other Superior Suites) and is nothing to compare with what you had. We also change...

We chose this hotel having travelled on from another 'Chateaux & Hotel Collection' and found this in the collection brochure. That we were booking at short notice, in peak season, and with a large family, meant that we were grateful to get a big family room and relied upon the Implied quality of the Collection. Although on a busy and...

Dear Sir, We thank you very much for your comment on our hotel and are sorry if you did not appreciate entirely your stay. Our gastronomic restaurant is rated by the Michelin guide with three forks and has also been visited by the Alain Ducasse team to be rated “bonnes tables” in the “Château and Hotels Collection” guide. Therefore, we...

Definitely a winner for your trip to Beaune. Easy to find from Dijon, great location for wine touring. Absolutely fabulous restaurant, not to be missed. Bring your swimming togs and plan some afternoon time for lazing in the sun with a book :)

A superb Hotel in the Burgundy region, great location amongst the vines only minutes from Beaune (A beautiful city) We stayed in one of the suites which were large, comfortable and well equipped, with a garden balcony. The staff were professional and attentive. (Our young daughter left behind her beloved toy rabbit, but the excellent staff at the Hotel found...

We spent at Ermitage de Corton a very nice gastronomy week-end back in September 2011. Our 2 suites were very large and were nicely decorated. It is tasteful and delicate and each room had its own decoration and furniture, what is very enjoyable in these standardization days. What I really enjoy were the large bathtubs. Breakfast is served buffet style,...

Situated no more than 5 minutes from the centre of Beaune, this small but luxurious hotel is a must. Reasonably priced, it offers superb, very individual bedrooms, an excellent bar and a dining room with an extensive menu to suit all tastes and pockets. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. This is a perfdect stop over...

We stayed at L'Ermitage on our way back to the UK from the South of France (it's approximately mid way, so well located). Desk service and staff were good. We arrived late so could not use the pool, but it looked OK if a little small. The hotel is on a fairly main road, so try to ensure that your...

Ermitage de Corton is conveniently located right outside Beaune (so you avoid the clutter of the city and yet are close to it). It is right on the motorway and so does not offer the tranquil experience that being in the middle of the vineyards should. The windows and doors are sound proof - so when you shut them you...

The rooms in the garden were ideal when travelling with a dog! Near to the motorway, but no noise from that, but on a very busy ordinary road. The food was excellental! Friendly staff, so no complaints at all.

Situated by a busy main road, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, and our 1st floor room was spacious and charmingly presented. No charge making up a 2nd bed or bringing a travelcot, and the receptionist was genuinely friendly and helpful - pretty much the model of high-grade hospitality actually. Limited selection on the wine-by-the-glass menu (surprising, given the area) but...
