Good clean modern hotel overlooking the sea, beach and harbour. Short walk to the town centre and local restaurants. Stayed 2 nights on the way back to Rome. Air conditioning was a little poor but was fixed when I reported it. Room safe was very difficult to understand and as a result I kept my valuables with me. Breakfast was good with mainly continental items but also provided scrambled egg and bacon. Limited car parking nearby so book early. Has a gym but not a pool.

This hotel rates itself as a four star, and quite frankly i’m very confused by that. There was nothing about it that would warrant the rating. It’s extremely old fashioned in decor and availability if facilities. No air con, no tea or coffee facilities in room, wifi is absolutely useless!! Breakfast is also limited, cakes, pastries and eggs to order, alongside very oily bacon. The eggs and omelettes are also made with olive oil. Lastly, and most importantly if you are a person who is not white, I would avoid this place and location altogether. You will be treated like a second class citizen, people will stare and resent having to serve you. We were repeatedly scowled at by guests and staff. Very racist place, we never felt comfortable.

The Astura is a nice hotel overlooking the marina with a side view to the beach. Lots of good restaurants are nearby. The staff is great and helpful. The rooms are as shown in the pictures and very clean. . Breakfast is fine and in a sunny room overlooking the sea. The only con is parking. The websites all say there is free parking BUT this means that there are 5 spaces for the whole 6 story hotel on the public street and anyone can park there. I never got one of these spaces and spent 40 minutes on a Friday night searching for parking. If you have a car, you may wish to stay else where. If you aren't driving, I highly recommend the Astura. NOTE: if you do drive, the hotel is on a one way street. Other than the 5 spaces, all the public streets are pay parking at 1 euro an hour from 9am to 1pm and 4pm to midnight. There is a free lot though. If you drive past the hotel, take the first right and the immediate next right and then right away turn into a small one aisle parking lot. If you are lucky enough to find a space here, its free parking all day.

Only stayed for one night as we were picking up a yacht charter from the marina . Exceptional Assistance from the staff regarding all our requests regarding room configurations and baggage storage. Received a complimentary room upgrade to one overlooking the Marina . Reception staff provided very knowledgeable recommendations re local restaurants. From start to finish a super stay . Thank You sincerely !

Hotel is one of few available in Nettuno and that is why they are able to keep the prices high. Typical 80's and in 2019 still 80's. Friendly gentleman behind the reception desk at check in. Deluxe twin room with seaview. According to the website 22 sqm but now way it's more than 14. Nice view indeed. They have to activate the a/c at the reception desk. If not yet done and you don't ask, the a/c is just a fan. Works but not very well. Room feels humid, so do the sheets and blankets. Two solid beds, wardrobe, and a tiny desk with chair. Balcony without any furniture. How nice would have been a chair and a table to enjoy the seaview. Tiny TV but with sky. No coffee or tea facilities. Bathroom very small. Shower stall the smallest I have ever seen. No space to leave your soap or move around. Slippers provided. Towels soft, they dry very well and good ventilation. Minibar with the tiny drinks. 0.20 and 0.10! Apart from a small gym, breakfast restaurant no facilities. No restaurant, but a bar in the lounge. Nice seats in front of the hotel but no service. Afternoon shift at the reception desk a blond lady who preferred to turn her head rather than greeting. Good night sleep, no noise from street. Breakfast sufficient. Limited choice of bread, eggs to order, coffee to order. Lots of cakes and sweet bread. Ladies serving breakfast very friendly. All in one, an ok hotel but too expensive for what they offer. Rather 2.5 stars but for sure not 4. My rating at TripAdvisor would have been 3 but due to this misleading information about the sqm of the room and pictures on the website, I only give 1. Never provide your possible future guests with misleading information!
