My family (couple + kids 16 & 14 yrs) were visiting Hermigua for 4 days and stayed in FInca Pajaritos / Casas Rurales Hermigua. The aparment was a great surprise: big rooms, great views all over the valley of Hermigua - just superb. There was also excellent sunny place on the roofbalcony. Kids loved especially wifi-connections :).

Casa rural Pajaritos is a hidden gem for a good knees House is carefully renovated and furnished, has a fantastic large hall with panoramic view. All furniture and facilities are good, Wi-Fi connection is stable, hosts are very welcoming and helpfull. Special thanks to Alex :) You have to control hot water flow because maybe small volume of heater and keep in mind that there is no direct car access to the house - it stays in 117 stair-steps downhill from upper road and 194 stair-steps uphill from lower road

We stayed here in August 2013 and enjoyed every moment! Fantastic views and rural atmosphere. The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and a spacious kitchen-lounge-diner with large windows overlooking the Hermigua ravine. The house is very clean and complete with a barbeque area, a patio with table and chairs, sunbeds and lovely green surroundings. The kitchen is well fitted and all amenities are there including a washing machine. WiFi is available as well as a tv with digital channels (Spanish, but some can be changed to the original language) and a radio. You have to be reasonably fit because access to the cottage is by way of quite a number of steps which you immediately forget when you get to the cottage because of the fantastic setting. Nice restaurants in the area. Many hiking routes ,clearly marked. A car is required. Highly recommendable for hiking or just relaxing.…
