I joined a friend &her family staying at these self catering apartments.Lovely views, clean spacious rooms, kitchen, comfortable beds. The step into the apartment from balcony was dangerous was camouflaged so tripped twice, complained to reception but couldn’t help so put a towel on it.I stubbed my toe twice nearly hitting edge of coffee table.Make sure you ask for clean towels & sheets as not changed after 3 days.Hair drier & iron on request. The beach is a taxi ride away as resort is on the side of a mountain.Do research for buses as hotel said only taxi to Gibraltar!! €40 each way! It cost €38.85x2 = €78 euros as 7 of us, booked 2 taxis there, but got bus back to local town for €17 in total for 5 adults &2 children, 2 local taxis at €11 each so return journey was 17+11+11 = €39 so half of the fare there! The staff were lovely but check your bills as the offer for 2 adults one child goes free at dinner if paying it did not happen. Recommend you book all inclusive. The kids loved the easy access pools all three of them. The water aerobics were fun for the family. Quiz nights too.I lived in Estepona as a child so lovely to see local towns again.Cheers Norma

The relentless appalling music spoiled our stay. We had to go out every day to get away from it. Apartment ok and food varied and plentiful but that music just gave you a headache. Take noise reducing headphones is my advice.

We stayed here end of August 2019. We paid just 600 Euros for family of 4, including all flights, in the middle of the summer holiday! And 900 euros after lugguage, hire car etc... For the money, I wasn't expecting much! But it was GREAT! Pros - Lovely clean, modern, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with sea view. Poolwas Pros - lovely pool, staff friendly. Very peaceful area. Felt very safe for the children. Cons - no toaster in kitchenette! No inflatables allowed in pool. No leaflets or hotel info available in English! Tips - Hotel mainly caters for Spanish and French tourists - so little info in English, no toaster, no fresh milk in site shop, limited tea selection! etc... However, we liked the Spanish feel and trying to toast our bread in a frying pan at breakfast!! So suited us fine!! The on-site restaurant doesn't have salad of any kind! just burgers, chips and pasta! So if u r on a diet, you can say goodbye to it for the holiday!!! Some lovely restaurants by nearby beaches though! We had a hire car and parked on road near apartment, so free and easy to access. Car v. Useful! We did day trip to Gibralter (parked car in underground car park in La Linea and walked in. 9 euros for full day parking! Also - book your cable car in advance as long queues if you don't! Brilliant day. Thoroughly recommend!) We also visited water park near Gibralter (Bahir park?). We went on a weekday. No real queues, lovely park, kids had fun! Suitable for grown ups and our 5 & 7 year olds! We visited Mundo Mania soft play - great! Splash zone and football courts. More interesting after 4pm when Spanish kids turn up. Good atmosphere in evening, and plenty of children for our 2 to play with :) We were there from 1pm til 8pm. A bit like a Brit soft play but better!! And aimed at Spanish 8 to 12 year olds. Overall, we loved our holiday. I think how much you enjoy it might depend on what you are expecting! We were not expecting much as was super cheap for middle of summer holidays!, but the resort exceeded our expectations! :) Great value for money! Thank you Pierre&Vacances!

We stayed here for a week, two adults and three children 3, 7 and 10. No complaints at all about this place. It was great. Apartment - spacious, clean, modern. We didn’t do any cooking but plenty of crockery and utensils etc. Pools - perfect for all three kids with different swimming abilities. Never seemed that busy. Although we did struggle to find sun beds. All very clean and with lovely views to the sea. There is building work going on, so also views of cranes, but not noisy and my little one loved watching the cranes. No large floats allowed in the pools. Kids club - we used it once so can’t really comment. The team seemed lovely and spoke good English. We went to the mini disco once but it was on at 9pm and our kids really needed to be in bed by then. It wasn’t crowded so you could easily see where your kids were and a pleasant, family atmosphere. We self catered so can’t really comment on the restaurant. Ate at the hotel once, and the food was really lovely. Local area - we had a car, which you would really need if staying here. Lots of lovely local beaches, so many to try, and great places to eat. Gibraltar not far away, which is a good day trip. All in all, would definitely recommend this hotel. Lovely, village, family feel to the resort. Never felt crowded at all. Everywhere was clean, good facilities for families. Great area to explore.

I stayed here for a week in August with my partner and our children. Our apartment was very spacious with an open plan living room, dining area with a large table plus a kitchenette, two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Our balcony overlooked the smaller pool and had a sea view. We could see two small cranes to the side but this did not spoil our view. I am fussy about food hygiene & quality but the food was lovely for a 4* hotel. There was a lot of variety, everything was fresh & the food area was very clean. The sausages at breakfast were hotdog sausages which I don’t eat. However, I have never come across a real sausage at breakfast in a Spanish hotel! The pool area was lovely and overlooked the sea. There was a kids club for children under 12 which my three children enjoyed. Entertainment in the evening was geared more towards families & mainly in Spanish & French. This was only an issue for us on one of the evenings, otherwise we enjoyed it. Most people don’t drink & the children play on the park until late. Good if you want to stay out late with your children with no rowdiness. The main downside to this hotel is that it is up in the hills in the middle of nowhere. You can walk down to the beach (takes about 30 minutes) but you have to cross a very busy dual carriageway with no pavements. The bus stop is on this dual carriageway and you would have to stand behind a crash barrier to wait for the bus. There are no shops or bars within walking distance. If you are looking for a base from which to explore the local area with a car or just want to sit by the pool I would recommend this hotel. If you want to be able to walk out to look around local shops & bars this is probably not the right location. The pool staff allow guests to reserve sun beds with towels. At times all beds would be reserved with few people around the pool & then people would arrive & have nowhere to sit. Please stop your guests from doing this so that all of your guests can enjoy the pool. It is such a shame that this happens.
