I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families who enjoy spending time around the pool. Strictly no balls in the water ( not even the tiniest and light). No inflatables. The life guard woildn't even allow a baby in a seated swimming aid. Very slippy tiles around the pool too. Food was nice but not much choice for fussy children. Drinks...

Stayed in hotel Bahia Flamingo in February this year. Had half-board. At first there was a little misunderstanding about the room type but it was resolved very quickly and professionally. We had a room with a balcony facing the sea and hotel pool. The room was spacious, we really had a livingroom and a bedroom. I quite liked the hotel...

I genuinely can't fault this hotel much at all (although giving it 5 stars would probably be going a bit far ) it had everything we needed. Pool area was great, entertainment wasn't exactly thrilling but karaoke happened which I love , all inclusive drinks were small as expected but can't complain there ! Only thing I didn't like was...

We stayed here for 4 days in February, all inclusive. A small hotel, but we were impressed with how clean both the room and the public areas were. Staff were extremely friendly and hardworking, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and had lovely views over the sea and overlooking the pool. It was noisy,...

Just returned from this great hotel after 5 days of sunning myself in 26 degree heat! Staff all great especially Carlos the barman and Lucie the entertainer! Plenty of activities for children and adults alike! Decent enough food and great all inclusive drinks! 5 min walk down to the black beach and met some absolutely lovely people there! Would definitely...

I stayed here with friends for 4 nights we went all inclusive which was OK but there are plenty of places to eat nearby if that's not for you. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean as was the beautiful pool. This is quite a small hotel but that just adds to its charm. The...

Pool area overlooking sea, plenty of sunbeds for size of hotel. Great location, bars & restaurants close by. Can walk to Puerto Santiago & Los Gigantes in under 1 hr, a bit hilly but not bad. Good coastal path in other direction too. Food was ok, better than some 3star hotels I have stayed in. Beers were small, served in...

The staff on arrival were very accommodating and reassuring as our room was not ready upon arrival. We waited over an hour in the lobby but had the option of having lunch, which we took. The hotel rooms do not have a fridge but I requested one as my cousin is a diabetic and had medication to place in a...
