The hotel is overall fantastic, great selection of food and facilicties. Low rise buildings and plenty of space. Three great pools (though we didn't use one of them) the kids loved the pool and we always thought they were safe.

This was a magical 2 weeks holiday for us. From the clean tidy rooms to the good food and entertainment provided.

We recently came back after spending 10 days at the resort. We decided to book the holiday the week before the school holidays so it would hopefully be a little quieter and save some money. We have a 7 and 9 year old.

Hi the restaurants nearby are down by the beach and it's VERY steep hill, we walked down and then got a taxi back up which was only €4 check the weather, if you like sun it's a little risky as we have just returned and it was cloudy all week with barely any sun. Personlly i wouldn't return in may as we like the guaranteed sun. There are lots of steps to drop down to the pools around but pretty sure there are pram friendly routes everywhere. Also there are lifts dotted around. Hope this helps! (We went to the Rhodes holiday village last year and I would recommend that one above the Tenerife one by far, only benefit of the Tenerife one is that the pools were warmer than rhodes)
