Visited the place while on my way from Kigali and liked it. Found in the near town centre if Kabale and the prices were affordable. I liked the customer service and the food was nice mostly the morning breakfast.

The rooms have comfortable beds, not a great view, and it took us 5 days to get a shower with hot water. That being said, the staff found other showers for us to use in a different room. The breakfast was ample and included toast, eggs, cereal and matoke. The restaurant staff were warm and accommodating. The spa has a...

We enjoyed staying for more than 7 nights in this Inn. The staff was outstanding. The rooms were dull. The bathroom had hot water, but the idea behind it was a bit lost... Toiletpaper next to the shower is not something I would do in my house. Clean pool. Even a small gym! The sauna and steamroonm were working.

We stayed for a couple of nights at the time of the national election. Everything worked and was clean, the staff were friendly if rather numerous. Our room was rather austere and had no view. Food was OK but nothing special.

The hotel is located in a very quiet environment on a hill overlooking Kabale Town. The service is good and there is free wi-fi. Kabale is a cool highland town famous for tourism. Thus this is a good place to stay. They serve local and international cuisine so every one is catered for. A section of the hotel is still...

I have been here swimming in the swimming-pool and enjoying a beer in the bar. It is a nice place with a good atmosphere. I like this place because there are more local people than "mzungus" (white people). Good internet conexion.

I moved from Greenhillswhich is on the road behind Cepha;s because although I had stayed there before it has now become unbearably awful. Cepa's Inn is a little more expensive. The pool is a bit cleaner than Greenhills which is awful and the food and atmosphere are better. Showers could be better

We camped on our overland trip here at Cepha's Inn. The shower and cooking facilities were basic but good and clean. There's also a small gym that you can pay a nominal fee (at least for campers) to use. The WiFi was excellent and free. The lounge / bar area where the WiFi worked was lively and comfortable.

The positives are that you can camp in the hotel grounds on nice springy grass and use the bar and (slow) wifi facilities. On the downside, the showers are cold, the doors do not shut and there are no hooks for your clothes.

My one night in this perfectly located hotel away from the town center was lovely.Beds and bedings well arranged.Although hot water takes some minutes to come, the shower and toilets have constant running water. It is a place worthy recommending.By Ugandan standard,it is an excellent place to stay in Kabale.
