We are regular guests at this spa hotel, visiting several times per year. All guests are wearing cotton bathrobes, yukatas, throughout the visit, including in the two restaurants. Unfortunately, during our last visit we noticed that the new yukatas are too short, with some not even covering the knees of the guests. Not a big thing for a bathrobe, but...

Relaxing and calm environment. Lots of different options for relaxing and taking care of yourself. The facilities are clean and spatious. We stayed in a small room, but with enough space and with a great view. The food was great and so was the service! Perfect getaway with friends and/or family.

When it is at its best it,s great combination of Swedish 1970s concrete construction and Japanese aesthetics. When it is at worst a public bath where hotel operator are trying to maximize profits. Not much has improved since the Choice Hotels took over the running. Something has been lost and the kitchen has stagnated. The suite overlooking the bay, however, still awaited...

Our experience at Yasuragi was quite disappointing. It started in the reception where there was a long line and then the receptionist did not really inform about the hotel or the activities. The activities was overcrowded and the bath section felt more like an airport departure hall than a spa. When we were there the Sauna did not work which...

The concept works 100% with wearing bathrobes all the time, everybody is wearing the same and it makes everybody (I anticipate) relax even more... In generel very care taking personnel, but we had a poor experience in the bar one evening - didn't ruin our stay though!

Dinner at the Tokyo restaurant at Yasuragi is NOT recommended! - Long waiting-time to be seated is spite of the fact that we had booked a table - The actual restaurant is more a collection of simple tables in a noisy bar-area - Serving was chaotic with drinks & food being served to half the table, letting the other half...

I would recommend for a day, but not to sleep over. To me does not work the money to overnight and have dinner and breakfast. The rooms were very simple, bed average and no body lotion in the bathroom. Dinner was messy, super bad and slow services, we set and waited for more than 15 minutes without even water and...

Yasuragi is a perfect escape spot for couples; relaxing Japanese style spa with no access to children. Service was very good and friendly, and despite of busy weekend the atmosphere was still peaceful. Rooms were nice and clean with some nice attention to the details. Teppanyaki restaurant is highly recommended.

The spa and restaurant were fantastic, really nice rooms and authentic Japanese bathing experience. The activities were very good and the staff were very friendly. It's a stunning location with views of trees and the lakes and the sunset was beautiful. The teppanyaki restaurant was delicious too.
