We've been holidaying in Aups for 20 years now and have never heard anybody have a bad word for the Auberge. Whether you want a simple pizza or pasta dish or eat truffles, you will not be disappointed. We ate on a Sunday evening and it was perhaps the busiest place in Aups. We were seated adjacent to a large...

Had 2 meals here on a recent trip to Aups. The first one was much better than the 2nd which happened to coincide with the night market the result of which was a lengthy wait for food, inferior quality food and the staff trying to maintain their charm but a bit too rushed off their feet. So my suggestion is...

We spent 3 nights at this quaint little hotel, which is set back off the street in a lovely courtyard full of greenery. The staff were very helpful and always willing to please. Our charming room, with a nice big bathroom, overlooked the courtyard. A minor complaint is that the WIFI was not very strong. We dined at their restaurant...

The terrace of this hotel / restaurant right next to the church is a really delightful place to dine on a balmy evening. The service is extremely good and 4 of us chose something different and were all satisfied with our choices. The grilled Sea Bass was particularly good. We just had carafes of local wine which were fine and...

This place was magical. The setting was beautiful in a sunny courtyard with beautiful greenery and the staff were great (even with my terrible French). We loved it so much we went back twice. The food never disappointed- highly recommend this place, best meal we've had in a very long time!

Staying just outside Aups for the first time we visited The Auberge for dinner with our 2 daughters. We sat outside and I have to say the environment was perfect. The service was excellent and quite un-French in its efficiency and attentiveness. The food was also excellent. A great find and highly recommended for those looking for something a bit...

We had a very enjoyable stay as a group in two rooms. Both our rooms were very pleasant in a traditional style, clean and with a pretty view of the courtyard, really good value. Wifi is poor in the rooms, but this was clearly explained at the very helpful and polite reception.Works great in the courtyard. We ate in the...

Excellent value overall. Lovely friendly staff who speak English very well. The demi pension was great value. Lovely big and comfortable room. Aups is a lovely small lived in town and the hotel is in a central location.

Had dinner a few times at the Auberge de la Tour in Aups, never had any problem. The food is good, great pizzas especially, and service is efficient. The only area of improvement would be the desserts menu which is really basic, mainly ice creams - and clearly not homemade.

We had an excellent meal here at lunchtime when Aups was very hot. The courtyard is a charming setting, near the church in the centre of Aups with plenty of shade and it was a very nice place to escape the heat. The lunch menu was very reasonable at just under 20 euros and had a good selection of dishes...
