As others have said, this is a little gem of a hotel, small but with all amenities. BUT, if you have any leg problem be sure to mention it when booking as the stairs can be a bit of a challenge. Pamela is a very helpful person and always has a smile. Very handy for visiting the Sword beach memorial... More

I have stayed at this hotel every year ...sometimes twice a year....ever since Patricia became the owner, 10 years ago !. Apart from the first year when I found and booked the hotel via Logis de France, I have always booked directly with the hotel via email....as I have found that booking sites do not always give accurate information especially... A lovely family run hotel right in the centre of this beautiful town. The rooms are very clean with everything that you would expect from a good quality hotel. The breakfast is lovely and plentiful with local pastries from the bakers near by and home made jams. The hotel is just a short walk the the beautiful beach and along... More

A comfortable stay! Our boat was a little late in arriving... Greeted by a note to ring a french number... However a knock on the window & we were in! A comfy stay - a reasonable family business! B'fast consisted of lovely bread & croissant from the bakery (poss across the road!) Homemade jams.. (Some marked with a date 4... More

The Hotel is located on a busy junction and is easy to find although parking is limited. Good clean and comfortable spacious rooms although traffic noise will be a problem in hot weather when windows need to be left open overnight. Breakfast (optional) is good with local produce. Several good restaurants nearby, even on a Sunday, and it is a... More

M. OldBrockB, Thanks for sharing your experience in our hotel. We are happy to see that you enjoyed your stay and you underlined we serve local products for breakfast. Indeed, for example, the jam is homemade. We will be happy to welcome you again in our establishement. Best regards. More

A splendid hotel. Very calm and quiet. Excellent service and very pleasant. Clean and well-kept. Right next to the church and the bell were delightful. Hotel food very good, nothing too much trouble for the staff.

Hotel is good if you are going to catch the ferry from Caen, but Luc sur Mer is a nicer place. Hotel is ok, breakfast expensive for what is on offer. Should have been free wifi but didn't seem to have much luck with it. Dogs are obviously allowed as two shared the breakfast room with us! They were well... More

When we pulled up outside and realised that the hotel was not only on a main road but also at the traffic lights I was horrified, convinced that we would get no sleep at all. The hotel is functional in a rustic sort of way. Small and overpriced, but with a convenient location. The room was adequate and the breakfast plentiful, but stodgy. Nothing here for the health conscious - just carbs and coffee. You also have to be an animal lover because the little Jack Russell and large black cat roam the hotel with... More
