Positive things: -Clean rooms -Friendly staff -Located In a quiet area -Affordable/cheap -Close to the airport (20 minutes by car) Negatives: - If you're staying in this hotel, You need a car to explore around. - No restaurants, Only breakfast is served. ( You can order delivery) Receptionist was helpful for this.
Its was bit difficult to find but its very quite place with good bed and parking. For sleep after fly it is perfect if you travel by car. Friendly stuff. In room smart tv with air conditioner. I would visit it again.
This hotel is located near Lake Maggiore and also not far from Milan. However, it’s by no means within walking distance of the lake. In fact, if you don’t have a car, or you’re not with a group, getting to and from the hotel can be very tricky, so I don’t recommend it. They don’t have 24-hour reception. If you come in late, there is a machine that you can use to check in. It wasn’t complicated and there were several language options. They also have an in-house shop, but I don’t know how that works when there’s no reception. There was also a bar area, but I didn’t often see anyone around there, so I’m not sure how that works. The rooms are not all the same. I looked into some while they were cleaning, and none were like mine. What they probably have in common is the smart TV, which is good. However, all the plugs are the old Italian plugs, so you will need a converter for a laptop or anything bigger than a charger. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. There was a fridge, which is a huge bonus in Italy. The issue that I had wasn’t with the hotel, but something that is often a problem with travelling in Italy in the autumn. There was no heating, and on some days it got very cold. I tried to use the air-conditioning for heating, but that didn’t help. When the heating starts isn’t regulated by the hotel, but centrally. Breakfast had good options. No lactose-free milk, but cooked as well as cold foods. Many pastries. Seating was plenty, though it seems like a very busy hotel, and it could get harder to get a table. They also seemed to be a bit understaffed sometimes. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you have a car. There are two towns nearby with plenty of shops, and with major roads in the area you can quickly travel anywhere. It’s also good value for money. Entire Hotel - smells like sewage. Low light dirty halls , bulbs burnt out and blinking. Feels like you are in a shady drug den. Absolutely disgusting accommodations. Room filthy, no padding plastic furniture and chairs. (Less than yard furniture) Dust on tables and night stands, torn window screen, rock hard mattress. Place feels unsafe like your going to get robbed or mugged here. HORRIBLE
Stayed here for 1 night after a late flight to Malpensa on our way to the lakes. Very warm welcome from the lovely young man on reception who spoke good English. Room was clean and stylish. Breakfast was ok but I think we hit it at the wrong time as all the tables were full of dirty plates and some items had run out. They started to clear the tables and fill up as we ate. Overall a lovely hotel and would return if staying in the area. A word of caution, it’s hard to find the turn off to the hotel in the dark, we missed it which resulted in a 2 mile detour.
