A stunning B&B in Salt Rock. Beautifully decorated, large rooms. A great breakfast selection. Very close to the beach. Staff are friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with our aircon which was taken care of quickly and efficiently by management. Would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway.

The bathroom is the worst part. It's like showering from a fire hose which is an unnecessary waste of water. In the unit we had, the water formed a pond constantly planting seeds of infections in your head. The patio though is beautiful. The level of privacy is also to be admired. I wouldn't really book this place again although...

Nobody was at reception when we arrived at about 16.30. Stayed in the cottage which has 2 small rooms. It was more than what we expected as it had its own little kitchen, lounge and private deck (not much of a view though). Bathroom was average at best, i was taller than the shower head which made taking a shower...

The rooms are nicely decorated in the boutique style. The reception, just one staff member, when we arrived, was less what we expected. We did not want the lady to carry our heavy luggage to our room, since there was no else to help out. Only on the day of departure we briefly had a word with the owner/host of...

The room was very spacious and tastefully decorated like the rest of the hotel. Bath tub was leaking and only got brown water; water from shower was good, but also spilled over the whole bathroom floor. Breakfast was average, service slow. Nice location, close to beach.

It is a nice house located on a nice spot.... BUT: the people were a little reluctant to help with baggage or information (except the owner). Breakfast was really slow. But quite worse our room (lavender) was dark and had a musty smell.

We had a lovely weekend staying at this beautiful guesthouse in pretty Ballito, despite the rain and cloudy skies. We loved our room and the lovely veranda, the charming bathroom (didn't care much for the impractical shower), the great breakfast and helpful staff. All very close to the beach- shame it wasn't beach weather though

Immaculately prepared with the utmost care, the Lavender Room provided the perfect break from a busy week. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there with a delicious breakfast and the convenience of a small kitchenette in the room. Thank you for this fantastic place that you've built up!
