I return twice a year to this hotel for a business/sporting event. Its a reliable choice, great value for money considering the extensive buffet, wellness Center, sports facilities and a very pretty and lovely natural space. Its great to hang out on the bar patio alongside the olympic sized pool, or play billiards. Wifi of course is included and the beds spatious and comfortable. Nice and polite staff top it off to make this an ideal out-of-city (but still close enough) getaway which caters to both the relaxing peace and quiet types as well as business people for conferences and active sporty people. Recommended.

It's a beautiful hotel with a nice pool. Rooms were not given on the first day as ordered. Asked for extra pillows but they had finished. Went for dinner and after 20 minutes chicken and watermelon had finished. I asked to have some but staff replenishing said it had finished and to have nuggets instead. I insisted and asked for the supervisor but he said there was no one. I sat by the table and complained again to another staff Mahmut. He told me to wait and he will ask to cook chicken for us. Indeed he did and I congratulate him for his friendly and helpful manner! I'm sure if other staff would act like him, the hotel would be highly rated

Our 3. visit to this hotel. Wonderfull pool area, both one for small children and a larger pool. Fantastic staff, both in the reception, bar and restaurant. Villafranca de Verona is a lovely city. Close to Verona, 30 min. with the bus, that stops right outside the hotel. Close to Verona airport. A very good Greek restaurant is located close to the hotel.

Came with large group of teenagers on music trip. They enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel very much, all the staff from the lifeguards to the cleaners were kind and welcoming. Pool is great fun and they could play football and volleyball too as well as walking to supermarket 300m away. Food was excellent, especially for vegans, everyone was happy and there is a piano in the dining room which we were allowed to play. Location is very good for Garda and Verona. We had rooms up in the tower, it was spacious and we had the top 3 floors to ourselves. The bar was open late and friendly. WiFi is quite good and Aircon effective except a couple of rooms where it struggled. Definitely not a four star hotel, one or two rooms smelt smokey and there were a few wobbly door handles and lights, but we had a great time. Perfect school trip hotel.

I went to the hotel as a school trip to italy, we originally had a 3 star one but got upgraded I was happy but when I experienced the hotel I wanted to be in the 3 star one. The nice looking bar and reception is nothing compared to how horrid the rooms were. They were like a horror movie. When me and my friends got to our rooms everything seemed perfect apart from the couch bed one of us had to sleep on, it was only a couple minutes later we found out the lock on our door didn't work and it wasn't locked when we went into the room. After finding this out we got relocated into another room with a working door lock but a broken air conditioner and with the temperature being over 30° this was an issue. It caused major discomfort and the bathroom to feel like a sauna. There was dirt on the sides and bottoms of the walls and the showers was so small it was difficult to move, the only good thing about it was it being a bath/shower. We only stayed in this room since it was 2 floors down from the top floor and the door lock worked. The windows were filthy and we had a room with 4 beds in it when it was clearly not designed for 4 beds. This was clear since one bed was in front of the wardrobe and the other 3 were pretty much all touching. Dinner on the first day was decent at best there was no complaints other than having 3 bottles of fizzy water and one normal water and when they offered us left over burgers they tasted like burgers but the texture was almost jelly like. However on the second day the breakfast was horrid, the cucumbers tasted like they were drowned in chemicals and it put us right off our meals, for dinner none of us dared to touch the cucumbers again and the burgers were improved but after breakfast it wasn't good enough. The only good thing I found was the pool table in the bar but even then there was air conditioning but it wasn't turned on so in any part of the building so it was constantly roasting and made it very uncomfortable to try and relax. I am very happy we only had to stay in it for one night because I would have rather slept on the bus we had for the week then sleep in that hotel any longer. I give this 2 star at most the other 3 stars we went to had way more 4 star potential than this one
