This hotel is located in Solna, a city near Stockholm but having subway connecting to the Stockholm. It is very convenient for visiting Stockholm. The hotel is also located near a very big shopping mall, bigger than most of the shopping centers in the Scandinavian area. So it is convenient for shopping and dining. There is very good breakfast and cleaning room so that people can have very nice stay in the hotel. The only thing that could be improved is that the bed mattress is too soft. I would prefer harder one.

Hotel's Favourite
Nice and clean although becoming a bit dated and in need of a refreshing paint. Comfortable with large parking, close to the big mall and if you get a room on one of the top floors you will have a great view over Stockholm! Breakfest was good and staff nice and helpful.

I ordered a "superior" room which was promised to have dedicated seating area, a separate working desk and the pictures advertised had ample natural light with wall-size windows. The room I was assigned (7011) had no seats, no work desk, was much smaller than advertised and the light was obstructed by huge beams and windowsills. I complained to the reception and asked to change the room, but they insisted that the room we were assigned was of the class we ordered. Eventually it got sorted out, but left a sour feeling for us. I can't recommend this place as I feel the next visitor might not be as successful in persuading the room change. The hotel should separate those tiny closets to a separate lodging class and not sell them as "superior" rooms.

We had 5 rooms for seven days. The rooms were huge. Without a proprer window and rather empty... No coffee machine. No mini bar. Just a very big empty space. Avoid rooms at floor 7 (and probably 8 and 9) The hotel is far from the city centre On the positive side - great breakfast and a very comfortable bed. A huge shopping mall 2 minutes from the hotel with great selection of shops and restaurants

Quality Friends arena Stockholm is located next to Friends arena and Westfield Mall of Scandinavia. It is a 10-minute walk from Solna railway station which will take you to the airport in 30 minutes or 7 minutes to the centre of town. The lobby on level 3 has a nice bar, and you will find the gym and the children's club on the second level. The gym is a good size with plenty of equipment. There are restaurants on the 4th and 25th floors, with the breakfast being served on the 4th floor. The rooms are a good size, albeit a little dated, and on the high floors, you get a nice panoramic view of parts of the city. A good choice for shopping and access to the arena.

Stayed 3 days, 2 nights. Was using Friends Stadium/Arena so hotel location was perfect as it is part of the site that has the stadium/arena, hotel and massive Shopping Mall all together. But this is a standard 3 star, no frills hotel. It is very Scandinavian, functional, clean and minimalist. Rooms had what you needed, but in an understated manner. For example, only 12 Channels on TV. Beds small and lightweight. Good walk in shower and food and service on 25th floor Brasserie was excellent. This is in contrast to Breakfast which was more like feeding time at the zoo!! For me a hotel only worth using for its proximity to the Stadium/Arena. It’s clean, comfortable and won’t let you down, but equally won’t leave you feeling like you had a great stay.

Very expensive for the standard of comfort, amenities, locality, reachability through public transport and food spread. While it is listed as a 4-star hotel, it has no vegan/vegetarian friendly food choices in their buffet. Reaching this hotel from the city center or cruise ports is a pain. Stockholm city public transport and its app and the directions are more to blame, but the hotel could have done their share to help the patrons. The toilet does not have a "health faucet". the hotel does not provide a tap for water anywhere in the whole building and when asked, we are expected to drink from the toilet. While the water may be pure, what about the taps and the nozzles? Aren't toilets supposed to be the least hygienic places? Apparently not for this hotel staff. The room was big with a beautiful window view which was overlooking the railway station. There is a mall close by and getting food would not be very difficult, so you don't have to be at the mercy of the hotel.…

This team knows their s*it! I have been at the hotel for a few conferences now. It is simply incredible how professional the team is. It doesn’t matter if you are a company of 30 or 3000, you couldn’t tell a difference in service level. Must be the most efficient hotel ever when it comes to breakfast serving. It never seems full or overcrowded.

The entrance at the hotel was very easy to find, although it is next to a huge complex like it’s the Friends Arena, we went though the mall, which during the winter was actually a very good idea. You find the reception right in front of you. Malin helped us through out the check in, quick and easy, very friendly attitude. The bar is next to the reception, we took advantage of it and took a drink to the room (no problems to bring the glass to the room which was great). We stayed in the room most of the time, except when we went to the mall next doors to find something to eat. The bed was a real king size bed, very spacious, and the best of all was the view, during the night was just amazing, the picture does not do right to the reality. The breakfast was good but modest, everything that is needed anyway, what I like the most about the breakfast was how friendly everyone was. The first people you want to see in the morning you don’t want them to be grumpy or serious, every staff was smiley and wishing a good morning. Very happy with my stay!…
