Its better for you to search in Tripadvisor and look for the hotel or inn that fits your budget well. There are a lot of inn there which you can choose. If you are adventurous, you can even go there without booking as there are so much hotels available. If you are taking bus, just tell some of the taxi there to fetch you to the old town. It is quite cheap for the ride.

Hi. we are tavern47 hostel in shangri-la
you can stay twin private room and can booking hostelworld
but you have to pay extra 30yuan for 1person for 1night when you'll arrive in my hostel.
