If you visite the splitvice lakes you should book your room here. Marijana is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are clean and big enough. The breakfast was nice and more than enough. Marijana kept asking if you needed anything. There is also a nice garden.

A beautiful, cosy and clean guesthouse. The hostess was extremely friendly and the breakfast delicious (and big!). They even suggested we pack some away for lunch during our visit to the lakes. Loved relaxing on the balcony with a wine and a good book. Would have loved to stay another night!

Pristine, incredibly clean and charming hotel well situated for plitvice park. Ms. Zupan was lovely and incredibly helpful. The room seemed absolutely brand new as well. Highly recommend. It also has the added bonus of being a step back from the main road and constant traffic. Walking distance to a grocery store as well:)

Great location, nice host who greeted us on arrival at 10pm. Helpful with showing what walking route to take at Plitvice Lakes. Would stay again. Clean and tidy. Water leaded outside of the shower but think this was due to the shower curtain moving.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the house was beautiful and clean, great location for the parks and breakfast was perfect also. Our room also had a balcony which was great to sit out on in the warm evenings. Overall a great choice of stay!

Like many people our stay at Rakovica as to enable a convenient visit to Plitvice Lakes. However we were absolutely charmed by both House Zupan and it's host / owner Marijana. The genuine warmth and welcome we received from Marijana set the scene for a memorable stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Marijana's local knowledge and willingness to share it... More

We stayed here for one night and the owner immediately made us feel welcome. Our room was a bit on the small side, but that said the bed was comfy, bathroom spotless and there was free Wifi. We were recommended a restaurant 4kms away and the food was good. This is a nice little guesthouse and i would definitely stay... More

This B&B is located in a very quiet and secluded area and really worth staying if you are planning to make an early arrival at Plitivice Lakes National Park. Actually, I would highly recommend getting to the park as early as possible as you avoid the crowds that arrive from other destinations. Marijana, the hotel owner, was great and accommodating.... After a long day of driving, the friendly Marijana quickly got us settled in with a cold beer on the porch. Large clean room with a great bathroom and a wonderful front porch where we could sit and relax. The breakfast was excellent in a comfy breakfast room with a meat and cheese plate, coffee machine, and a freshly cooked... More

We had a great stay here. Marijana and her husband were the most attentive hosts we came across in our holiday. We were relaxing in some lounge chairs in the lovely grounds and next thing Marijana informs us her husband has set up some other chairs in a more favourable position to catch some of the breeze. Breakfasts were large... More
