The rooms are great and the hospitality impeccable. Just a small gripe with the narrow steep stairs but it is a wonderfully and tastefully renovated old English church building. This location is just about ideal for any day trip around Cornwall - Lands End just 1-1/2 hours drive, much closer are Tintagel, Port Isaac and other wonderful locations. Only 3...

Ginny was so welcoming, she had apple cake and a cup of tea ready for us on arrival. The room was spotless, tea and coffee available in our room with very sensible size mugs and outstanding cookies. Breakfast was delicious with everything you could wish for. Nothing was too much trouble and I would definately recommend.

Really nice place to stay with welcome atmosphere. Ginny treated us both like old family friends with a welcoming tea and cake in th conservatory. The room we stayed in was the largest overlooking the sitting room with its own private lounge area. The room was tastefully done and spotless. The only downside was the slopping roof in the bathroom...

From the moment we booked, Des & Ginny, the owners, were fantastic; quick to respond to emails and helpful in recommending local pubs and taxi services. Upon arrival we were greeted by the family pets and welcomed in to their home with a cup of tea and delicious homemade cake (not to mention the room upgrade, birthday card and jar...

Ginny and Des are fantastic hosts. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms beautiful and the beds extremely comfortable. There is a great pub only a couple of mins down the road and a good DVD selection for a quiet night in! Perfect in every way.

My husband and I were visiting the area for a family wedding and we stayed in Room 2, which was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The main living area was amazing with its high ceiling. There is a fantastic view of the fields from the shower area in the en suite and two more windows with superb colourful blinds in...

Ginny and her husband go out of their way to ensure your stay at their B&B is an absolute pleasure. The overall accommodation is spacious and pretty awe-inspiring on entry, with a beautiful high-ceiling living room (clearly once the Chapel) a beautiful introduction to the property. Our room was clean, spacious (even with the camp bed slotted in to sleep...

Just viewed this on Tripadvisor. My husband and I stayed in room 1 at The Old Chapel for our 20th Wedding anninersay and had a great experience. I would call it a suite which was beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed and a very nice en suite. We were welcomed by the hosts and taken to our room which...

Lovely hosts Des and Ginny, nothing was too much trouble. Our second visit, just as perfect as first visit. Beautiful rooms in a unique and stunning converted chapel. Very comfortable and clean. Visit enhanced by Tamar, the softest, friendly Retriever. Will definitely be going back.
