Although we didn't personally go on a wine tour the hotel did have brochures in the lobby for tours. If not the staff does make inquiries with private drivers to arrange specific places of interest tours.

When we stayed in July the hotel arranged a transfer from the airport for us. We paid the driver in euros when we arrived at the hotel.
