Nestled at the base of Mt. Almirante Nieto, Las Torres is a destination within a destination. From authentic interactions with local baqueanos (gaucho/cowboy), to gourmet cuisine at the restaurant, the property is an ideal base to explore famous Torres del Paine. We booked a triple room (all-inclusive) for 5 nights. While the room itself did not offer much in the... More

After a small group tour I'd booked through a US company from BA to Santiago was cancelled at the eleventh hour, London's Imagine Travel stepped up and within one business day seamlessly secured all the attractions and accommodation (with some improvements) that I might have otherwise lost. I needn't have worried about being on my own as Imagine's people were... More

If this hotel was in a large city I would probably give it 3 stars but you have to remember where you are. Sure wifi is slow but having any wifi at all is amazing. Rooms are all the same inside basic but clean Try and get a room in Canela 2 or Cypress. Quieter and warmer Avoid room 29... More

We arrived at 8.30pm, so loved the warm welcome and the smooth transition to our room. Had a beautifully presented meal with great wines. The bar area has a sensational view of show capped mountains as did our room. There is plenty to do the hotel has organised tours. We were part of a group, so our activities were included.... More

Myself and my husband hiked up to the "Towers of Pain" on our own towards the end of winter, and it was without a doubt one of the most amazing and beautiful places we have ever seen. The entire park was incredible, and we were blessed with very good weather so could see all the mountain peaks very clearly. But... More

We stayed a night here, checked in at 10 am on 9/25 to recuperate after race. Room was comfortable. The bar tender made carafate sours that were wonderful. We had lunch and dinner in restaurant. They try to use fresh and locally sourced meat fruit and vegetables which depending on the season may limit their offerings. We had gourmet meat... More

The hotel is very nice and clean and everything is all inclusive, including alcohol. The hotel runs a variety of excursions each day, which allow you to experience the national park as you see fit.
