In three weeks of travelling around Chile, this was undoubtedly the best hotel we stayed in. The main difference between this and other high end hotels is the quality of the staff and their willingness to deliver real customer service. Well done, you could teach your colleagues in other so called top hotels a thing or two.

We were here for a week. This is truly a very special place. The staff is amazingly attentive, catering to guests as individuals. The yurts are fabulously comfortable while allowing for a magical contact with nature. The excursions are tailored to the interests of the guests that day. The height of individualization. Chris and Ignacio are doing a wonderful job...

We stayed here for 5 days and it was the best option ever!!!! The service was very personalized and the employees were very attentive and charmed all the times. The guides for the tours were very well trained and very nice to everyone always pushing us with good energy to do the excursions! You don't have wifi in the yurts...

If your goal is to discover the Torres del Paine national park, this may not be the best accomodation option. It took us more than 2 hours to get to the starting point of THE most famous trail of the park, base torres ,one. Add 8 hrs for the hike (it rained cats and dogs), then 2 hrs back to...

The staff at this luxury camp are superbly trained and efficient, as well as delightfully welcoming. The yurts are extremely comfortable, so however tired you are after a strenuous (optional) walk in the glorious scenery you will feel rested and pampered. Food and wine are liberal and excellent

The facility and services are exceptional, truly five stars. The tours are well run. The rooms go way beyond expectations. The food is delicious and wine is plentiful. The staff could not have been more helpful.

My husband and I LOVED Patagonia Camp! Staying in the yurts added an unusual experience to Torres del Peine. Going to sleep to the sound of the wind and rain and awakening to a pink sunrise over the lake was extraordinary. We had hiked Patagonia in Argentina but adding Chile was so important to our experience. Very comfortable lodging, watching...

My wife an I enjoyed our 4 days at Patagonia Camp. Facilities and location are great. Staff, especially the guides, are amazing. Food is top notch. The yurts are well appointed and have breathtaking views of the towers. Will never forget waking up our first morning at the camp and looking out the window of our yurt to the incredible...

This is by far the most glamorous camp site setting I've ever been to. it was part of a 3 week tour arranged through Journey Latin America. The food, the inclusive trips to the Torres Del Paine with knowledgable english speaking guide viewing condors and glaciers (all awesome, as our American cousins would say) The accommodation and the wine was...

Patagonia Camp is a truly amazing place in one the most amazing parts of the world. Starting with our pick up at the airport (we would definitely recommend taking the time to see some Punta Arenas - several good lunch options, beautiful central square and architecture) through our drive to the Camp and at our reception it was clear we...
