Fast and friendly receptionist. Smooth checked in and checked out. Pleasant room although windows view looking towards another building (not intend to get a nice view though). No hiccups. Travelling with wife and 2y daughter.

I booked a suite at this hotel for three adults which included our daughter to visit with family and friends for four days in March, 2016. The suite consisted of two large rooms which made our stay very comfortable and the price was so cheap when compared to Singapore etc. Everything in the rooms worked well. There's a large shopping... Great location very central , near to shops, restaurants and Banks... There's Maybank and CIMB bank. Visited during Ramadan , there's bazaar until 12 midnight. Walking distance and very convenient. Hotel staffs are very friendly and kind to my family. Had a great stay and will come back again.

We stayed for only one night and overall we were very pleased to have chosen this hotel for the Batu Pahat leg of tour. The hotel was renovated not long ago and the interior looked nice and well equipped. The room was clean, and the wifi in the room was functioning well, and the TV has good selection of channels.... This was my first time to check in this hotel, it was really impressed with everything for paying 2-star hotel price but get 4-star hotel service. The hotel provides welcome drinks, fruits and free flow coffee & tea. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was good and comfortable. Food in the restaurant of the hotel was nice. The... Plenty of parking, and the cafe on ground floor of the hotel runs til late at night. Some furniture looks dated but they seem to have had a partial renovation for the room. Room was clean, TV and AC was fine, but I had no hot water for the night, I complained, but neither did I have it the next... More

This is perhaps one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. Room had an ironing board but when we asked reception, was told to go to the "ironing room" to utilise the iron as they don't supply it to the rooms. Upon entering the "ironing room", it doesn't take long to realise that it's actually a store room. The... More

Me, my husband & 3 children went to Batu Pahat & stayed at this hotel last Saturday (5/3/16) for a short getaway. Just came back from Batu Pahat. Got room 106 which is on the 1st floor. Chosed this hotel for their carpeted room. Not much to complain for this 3 star hotel except the shower heater did not working... Pity to my 10 months old son. For us adult its ok to take a shower with normal temperature... but still little... More

“There is free Wifi but be prepared that the internet is very slow and very unstable. Through my 2 nights there, I was only able to stay online for 3 minutes once. The rest of the times are only 10 to 15 seconds max and then its lost for half an hour plus. Maybe sitting in the corridor directly under the extender will help.”
