There was a pleasant, friendly welcome when I arrived last Saturday. I was even offered a cup of tea! I noticed immediately that everything in the rooms was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was the best I have had for many years and kept me satisfied for most of the rest of the day. I would be very happy to stay...

Stopped over in Norwich for a few days, and had the pleasure of staying at Cringleford Guest House. The hosts were beyond accommodating right from the moment you step in. The breakfast was delicious, and served relatively promptly, with a good variety to choose from. The toilets were very clean and provided toiletries for those of us who forgot to...

Stayed for the weekend with my team to play in a volleyball tournament at the university. The hosts were so accommodating, kind, and friendly. The place is lovely and clean and felt like a home away from home. Great breakfast too!

Hi Katie And thank you too! Hopefully we will see you all next year, but you are more than welcome anytime! I wonder if you might want to let some of the other team captains know of our proximity to UEA sports facilities and playing fields....? Hope all of the forthcoming exams go well! Best Wishes Rob and Kate

First of all a very hospitable welcome. We stayed in the Executive Apartment which was lovely and comfortable. There was a spacious, warm sitting room with large television and a small but perfectly formed kitchen, which we didn't take advantage of, only staying for one night. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the shower room had a couple of big bath...

Stopped over for one night to attend an interview. The moment I walked through the door, the guest house was radiating with kindness and a comforting feel. Staff went beyond their call of duty to help me with my needs, and I must say that I felt I was treated with the upmost respect. Everything about the property, including my...

Visited Norwich area for family event in December 2016. Everything you need for a B and B. Friendly Hosts, comfortable room with everything you need for a nights stay. Very comfortable bed and good quality breakfast served on a hot plate for once. We were recommended to a local Pub for an evening meal which was excellent. Mobile phone reception...

Hi Just wanted to say a belated thank you for your very kind review. We really do appreciate it. Re the patchy mobile phone reception, I wonder if you are on the Three (3??) network because that one is certainly patchy here and we haven't had any observations about other networks. When I brought this to the attention of vodafone,...

Stayed here 1 night while on a driving holiday passing through Norwich. It is a wonderful place to stay located in a residential area not far from Norwich. The ensuite family room was fairly spacious with a double bed, single bed and a single sofa bed. The beds including the sofa bed were comfortable, the room tastefully furnished and being...

Large room, comfortable big bed and good size en suite. Very clean and nice. Slept well, peaceful location. Lovely house. Very good breakfast. Lots of parking.

Cringleford is a great location for a visit to UEA - just a 20 minute, pleasant walk. We came for an open day at the Uni and our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming. We arrived late in the evening but that was no problem. We had a spacious room which was quiet, clean and comfortable. Lots of choice for...

We stayed in the self-contained apartment with our 2 year old daughter. The accommodation was very clean and cosy. The Nespresso machine and milk frother was a real bonus! Lovely breakfast and a very friendly welcome. Even a little table at breakfast with toys to keep the little one occupied!
