Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here 2 nights ,,nice bed a real plus in Asia stayed in the cheaper rooms as there is only me but it was spacious ,,clean,,, had a fridge ,, vegan had some beer and coke in the fridge at a reasonable rate ,the lobby is just breathtaking with the carved wood decor .And the large wood tables are awesome the location is great and felt very safe walking around ,most of the rooms have a small balcony , I was on bottom floor so did not . THE STAF WERE VERY helpful and helped me out . The Wi-Fi password changes everyday was a pain but no bites

We booked 3 nights at 690 Thai baht a night (they have real budget rooms at 400 THB). Can pay cash on arrival and we had to leave after 2 nights due to domestic problem and no hassle to recoup 690 baht. Our room was neat and tidy and the bed was really comfy. The staff were polite and friendly and spoke excellent English. Free breakfast is self-serve toast and coffee but quite a few noodle stalls in the street nearby. Excellent restaurant on-site (privately owned) with a good cheap menu open 1000 to 2200 hrs. Free parking but only in the shade of the little trees - could do with some canopies to avoid hot cars. Hotel is signed on the left coming in from south just past Tesco and Bid C (next traffic lights) if you look by the school you will find it. Very quiet at night - a blessing I live in Thailand but am UK citizen Local sights close by including excellent night market by the river. Myanmar border 85kms away and hill-tribe markets nearby

This hotel is quite large, with hundreds of rooms (it looks like), and it's quite cheap for what you get. Pricing is similar to a hostel price in Bangkok, but for a motel-quality room. The rooms are simple, basic, no frills. Big enough for 2 people and room to spare. Bathroom is an "all-in-one" room, with the shower, sink and toilet all combined without any separations. No shower curtain, etc. Water in the toilet runs all night, need to shut the bathroom door. A few cockroaches shared the room. Towels are hard + crusty, because they are air dried in the hot sun, rather than machine dried. It could use some upgrades, for sure. But it's OK if you just need a good bed for the night.

Stopped off here overnight on the way from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Lots of parking, friendly receptionist and staff, spacious clean room and comfortable bed. Easy walk to river and a few restaurants and massages close by. Even a little breakfast of coffee, juice and toast in the morning. And the price for this? 450 baht!!! Exceptional!!! Highly recommended!

After a long drive, and numerous wrong turn trying to locate this place, we finally got it right, as there is English signboard, we just need to rely on our GPS to guide us there. There is ample open air parking, and the rooms is very well kept and relatively new, well punches above its weight class. Just a minor grips is the corridor seemed to be busy, and echoes alot with all footsteps outside, not much of a view, but it is tuck away from the busy main streets, away from the noise.

Very nice and clean hotel. Most importantly for a traveller is a soft and comfortable bed which it was. We were on the ground floor but I believe no lift for upstairs. Big parking area out front and quick check in. We sat out side in the car and booked via Agoda and 5 minutes later all done. Breakfast is just coffee and toast but hey....for 650 baht it was excellent.

Spent a night halfway through a driving trip from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. Walked in during the evening and had a room for a great rate. Room was basic but clean. Lack of in-room facilitaties such as hair dryer and face towels. Else, it was a pretty good night stay.

We stopped here on our way from Bangkok to Chiang Mai as we left BK late in the afternoon. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and quite large. A simple toast and instant coffee breakfast was provided free in the morning. As it is close to the highway it made a great stop for an over-nighter, but was comfortable enough and affordable enough we would come back and stay longer if we wanted to explore the area. If you stay make sure you have cash as they do not have any card facilities.
