I stayed in Hotel Ariel for 2 nights on 8/12 and 9/12 The hotel is well maintained. Staff courteous and prompt in service. The vegetarian food was indeed a surprise , did not expect such a good fare .The hotel occupies 2nd and 3rd floor of the building and location is not traffic wise congested Generator back up is provided. Would heartily recommend this hotel for Kohima visit

One of the most affordable hotel in the town. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The cleanliness wasn't upto the mark though. The staff was very polite and helpful. The area around the hotel was very clean and green.

Unfortunately I could stay only one Day / Night. This young wonderful nice Lady knows how to run a Hotel, she's very competent in arguing and reacting on every wish or need, and this comes down to all the employers very well it seemed to me. The hole stuff was very courteous and lovely, the Service and Food was excellent, I had a local Naga Combo with Bamboo and Chicken, it was very delicious. The laundry was done very fast and perfect clean. My Room Nr. 102 was on the Backside, everything very clean and all of the many features were working very Properly. The Double Rooms and the little but wonderful Restaurant on the frontside have a stunning View. I can highly recommend this Place in Kohima, hope to be back there soon ;o)

Stayed in Hotel Ariel from Oct. 16-18, 2017 for a business trip. The hotel was nice and comfortable with spacious rooms, should say was surprise as this was my first stay in this Hotel. The hotel provides wifi facilities, tea kettle, cupboard, 32" LCD TV with Dth, enough cabinet to store all clothings. The hotel staffs were warm & friendly. Room services were prompt. Clean room with all facilities and a hospitable Staff made my trip a Satisfied one.

It is a new property sparkling clean n spacious.The bathroom has all new fittings.You can enjoy your morning cup of tea enjoying the lovely mountain view from your large window.The staff attends to all your needs promptly.The restaurant is cute bright n cheerful poori bhaji is tasty.Wifi is provided all 24 hrs.Tom the hotel manager took special care to make my stay v comfortable.I surely recommend the place to others.Hope a lift is provided soon.
