Nice place to stay during vacation.

The apartment was very spacey and clean. It is only a few kilometers away from the city center and very close to the beach. The wi-fi signal in the room was adequate but it needs improvement. Furthermore the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms aren't soundproof at all. The bathroom is extremely narrow, considering the rest of the apartment. Also the TV was small, 19 inch screen I think.

Nice, clean place, friendly owner.

We stayed only one night in Katerina Apartments on our way from Monemwasia to Olympia and everything was ok. The owner Panagiotis was very friendly, hospitable and hepful. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the necessary staff. WI-FI was OK. The village Paralia Vergas is not very interesting but it's a good point to visit Kalamata and its region. The hotel leaves very good impression and is worth recommending.

IT WAS PERFECT!!!!!!!

I and my boyfriend stayed in Katerinas apartments on June a week and are were all well...The aparment very clean,the far in the sea very near,the aparment bigger so i believed and the service was very good.The balcony so big and I has view mountain and sea.I will be to go again...Sure!!!!

NO VALUE FOR MONEY

With my husband we recently spent 1 week in Katerina apartments (19-26/7/15 ) . 5 nights in one (2 room) apartment , and the 6th night in another similar . In general, the apartments and their location are good : they are very close to the town of Kalamata , very close to the sea and just below the Taygetos mountain. However, during our staying there, there was no cleaning service at all , except from the days of our checking -in (one upon our check- in in the 1st aprt., and one in the 2nd aprt.) . On the third day of our 5 day staying in the first aprt. we were given 1 set of sheets and towels which had to change ourselves . The absolute absence of cleaning service was unacceptable to us and not complied with the Greek law as far as I know . Also ,in the second aprt (which was a tiny one compared to the first one) , the W.C. was smelling awfully due to the fact that there was no window to get fresh air, although that there was an air mechanism . Another very negative aspect was that due to their location and the high humidity of the area , the many mosquitos after the sunset made the nice yard almost totally unusable . The doors to the yard had no mosquito nets and had to be well closed . Also, the owner should have been more careful and more friendly to his guests. To sum up I would not stay again or recommend the Katerina apartments .…
