This rating is this high due to the weird and wonderful news of this hotel. It is 3 star, but only just. It has an excellent pool, is located on the very edge of the Kalamata waterfront, so quite convenient but on the main road. Even though there is a glassed corridor facing the road and the doors are thick, you can still hear the traffic. The rooms are BIG. There is a balcony and each room seems to have a kitchenette. The bathroom is tiny but everything was clean (apart from the deep-set mould in the bathroom). What I particularly loved about this place is that there is a post cold-war fell to it. The 60’s fixtures, cabinetry and hot plate seem not to have changed There are pipes coming out of walls for the air conditioning (which worked perfectly). It was like a time warp. The breakfast is given to you at the table with no choice, Sugar based justice, awful coffee, boiled egg, toast, cheese and ham roll and slabs of packed cake. There is only housekeeping if you request it. This hotel knows what it is and revels in its quaintness. It’s daggy and fabulous.

Hotel and pool lovely. Exceptionally friendly staff, in particular Alexandra and Mary. They went out of their way to be helpful in every way possible, even beyond their duties in Alexandra's case. Close to bus routes and within walking distance to Lidl. Very spacious and self contained room and nice balcony. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We had booked a week all inclusive elsewhere, but disappointed with the food and comfort, decided to spend our last night at a different hotel, and booked Hotel Fotini. The room was spotless, a great size and very comfortable. Kitchen area looked more than adequate, and there was a decent selection of utensils and crockery. Bathroom small - shower cubicle especially - but the shower was really good, powerful and easy to control. Balcony overlooked the pool - which looked lovely - and had a sea view. Staff were both polite and friendly. Hotel offers continental breakfast in room, and this was excellent- great selection, hot and served with a big smile. Brilliant value - wish we had spent the whole week here!

This is by far the worst hotel in the region. Do not book here. Bad staff with attitude, dirty sheets, dirty rooms and no real amenities. The hotel should be shut down. Not worth the money. Staff was rude and not helpful. This is odd for such a travel destination as Greece. Do not waste your time and go here.

Great location just of the freeway away from all the noise. Staff were friendly, room very spacious, beds comfy, at last a good working air-conditioning, small table and chairs, small kitchen area with cups and sauces, cutlery, dishwashing liquid and all. Very clean. Large window with fly screen to get some air in if needed. The only downside is the bathroom its small. Pool is really nice and they have nice seating area by the pool too. There is a shower by the pool too. There is a bar but i cant review it as i didnt use it. Many shops nearby but you will need to walk 5 minutes or so to get there and there you will also find the beach.

This hotel is a ten minute drive from central Kalamata and a ten minutes walk from the very nice beach. The hotel is very clean and service friendly, sometimes a little dated sanitory installations. A nice swimming pool is very enjoyable if you use the hotel as a base for travelling the Peloponnes. Breakfast on demand but no restaurant. On the beach there are many restaurants but you better go by car. Conclusion: Good value

Clean basic hotel with large rooms and a lovely pool. 5 mins walk to the beach and tavernas. Staff helpful and always tried to help even though we couldn't speak Greek. Main marina / beach area is lovely although quiet as it was out of season.

First of all the rooms were spacious, but the beds were very noisy. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful. The air-conditioning in the one of the two rooms we had, was not working properly. The swimming pool was good and not too crowded so we could play in it. In order to visit the sea you need a car especially when you have to return between 14:00 to 16:00 (because of the heat). We didn't had breakfast, lunch or dinner so can't say anything about the hotel cousine.

This hotel has two busy roads passing front and back, so it's noisy. The bed was very hard too. So it was difficult to sleep. Other than this I have no complaint. I think for €10 more hotels with higher rating can be obtained with much more quietness and comfort.
