Perfect location. The hotel is exactly on the promenade. The hotel itself has a restaurant on the promenade too which serves roomservice. Breakfast was included which was a lot. If you have specific preferences, mention it beforehand. Otherwise you'll just get the standard breakfast they serve without asking. Room very spacious, no carpet which I prefer, big modern bathroom, everything clean. It mentioned free parking but for us everything was full so we used the paid parking which was only €3 for 24hrs.

Very beautifully situated hotel right on the water. The rooms are quite nicely furnished. The restaurant directly in the hotel is located with its outdoor area directly on the promenade. There was no breakfast buffet through Corona, but always a small selection directly at the table. I found it great to start the day sitting directly on the small harbour. I have one small complaint: the rooms facing the street are a bit noisy at night, especially when drivers really step on the gas and the engine roars. I was there for a whole week and got used to it, but if you choose a hotel directly on the promenade, you should expect it. The location of the hotel also makes it easy to reach the beaches and other restaurants.

No room service provided, the elevator gets stuck, the safe was ruined and did not get fixed over 3 days, breakfast choice is 'corona' limited: you get fried eggs, a piece of cheese, a piece of ham, bread, butter, coffee-or-juice; the room sound isolation is poor, there was smoke smell in the room from time to time. The staff hardly understand English ('yes', 'no', 'pay'). The beds were comfortable, the design of the room is modern, glass shower doors in the room, smart home app, Netflix connection to the tv; good location, nice bar and restaurant, close to the fishing mall, the beach and the city.

This beautifully restored museum conversion was just what we needed to kick off our holiday stay. We paid a little more to get the penthouse flat with private roof garden and spa and were duly rewarded with an amusing and well curated assembly of museum-quality room fixtures and furnishings, a relaxing water massage and spectacular panoramic views. Everything and everyone was wonderful, with special callout to the very helpful receptionist. We didn't require a lot of service, as the breakfast buffet was self-serve, and very abundant, so no comment on that. Another consideration for some might be the final climb up a light of stairs to get to the penthouse, but not to worry, the other rooms have similarly interesting fixtures. I give this a big thumbs-up and will definitely return.
