A new hotel located on the main square of Kalamata, a few feet parallel is the Cafe Restaurant Bistroteca "excellent place" for food and drink. I been to Art Hotel on several occasions and tried almost all there rooms which vary from large spacious rooms to small efficient clean and well designed rooms. The manager is very sweet and professional, the rooms are well designed, clean, and of artistic expression. For the price it's above standards! Location is superb and you can't find a better place for the price, service, clean & beautiful rooms, and views. I will certainly be back again! ♡♡♡

We need a stop off on our Peloponnese tour and this hotel was a last minute booking and has been our best stay. Lovely room, very comfy bed. Balcony overlooking the square. Just everything was perfect. We will definitely use this place again.

Very nice and comfortable room, we had a great time. At the centre of Kalamata. Great location. Relaxing room. Wifi was very good. Huge bathroom. Kitchen equiped with all the necessary equipment. Comfortable bed. Very clean room.

We have passed by Kalamata, on our round trip of the Peloponese. Stayed with our 2 kids, the four of us in BnB's just to try the difference from the regular hotels. Booked for a night but then we extended for another one, as there was an event going on at the main square, just outside our apartment. The rooms were tiny, clean and the kids have to sleep on a sofa converted into a double bed. The kitchen was small and poor (not fully equipped), not an electric kettle, the bathroom was basic with strange sounds coming out from the fan-heater. We pretty much enjoyed the location and we did not enjoyed that there was nothing to make it look like an ART Room (which made us decide to book here)

How nice it was to stay on this lovely apartment which really felt as though it was loved and cared for by the proprietor. It was beautifully painted and decorated, with plenty of space to spread out and a very comfortable bed. We were lucky to have a corner balcony overlooking the busy city centre, which always had something happening. It is centrally located and is an easy walking distance to old town, the beach and the bus station.

Close to everything we needed and with a wonderful view over the central square! Very polite staff with nice ideas of what to do in the city. Most importantly, maybe the best mattress we ever slept in! Highly recommended! We will be back for sure!
