Just back from our 5th visit to the King Jason & I’ve already booked our 2022 visit such is our love of this hotel. It is a fantastic hotel continuously voted No 1 hotel in Protaras over the last 5 years. Jewels in the Kings crown are the staff. Absolutely fantastic with everyone working to ensure guests receive 5 star service. In the restaurant, within a minute of sitting at your table you with be asked for your choice of drink, tea/coffee at breakfast whic will be at your table when you return from your buffet selection. Empty plates, never left on your table. The food, huge choice, freshly cooked & always hot from the buffet counter. Different themed nights throughout the week (Asian night my favourite) & not to forget the Sunday roast, beef/chicken/Gammon…superb. At the pool, collect bottled water from the fridge as you choose your sun bed. Mikey serves your drinks from 10am delivering some of the best cocktails around & returns 20-30 mins later to take your next order. The guy is a human dynamo non stop until sunset. The drinks are branded drinks none of the cheap imitation names. The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout from dining room, lounge, pool area & bedrooms, a credit to the staff. All this led by the manger Nikolas who will introduce himself on the first morning, guaranteed!, & speak to you daily ensuring everything is to your satisfaction. His enthusiasm his passion his commitment spreads through his staff all aspiring to deliver the best service possible. Antonia overseeing the reception with guests receiving prompt attention. Lookia working tirelessly in the restaurant & lounge leading staff by example & a special mention for Bogdan & his wife Ioni, regular staff over several years that we have become friends. The only problem you have with this hotel is its popularity. I had a very limited choice for September next year & I understand that it’s like that through most of the year.

Just back from a fabulous 2 week stay in the King Jason Protaris. Can’t fault the hotel in any way, staff are first class, Maria, Elena in the restaurant, angle and Amen at the poolside and the management of Alexander and Nicholas. Nothing is too much trouble and always smiling. Poolside drink constantly topped up and the Resturant staff first class. Food was lovely and always something to find to eat which was delicious. Great views and lovely rooms which were kept very clean. Will definitely return. Small negative is toilet facilities, a bit of a walk at the poolside

Stayed here at the beginning of September and we couldn’t have made a better choice. We couldn’t fault the hotel and staff at all. Mikey around the pool was great, bringing drinks all day and always with a smile. The staff in the restaurant were great also, as soon as you sit down they are providing drinks. Such a good choice for all inclusive food and drinks. Would recommend the banana milkshakes and raspberry frozen daiquiri, delicious. The lunch time menu from the meze restaurant was so good too. The pool beds are amazing but you do have to be up early to get them, the normal sun loungers are so comfy too though. Such an amazing view of fig tree bay too from the pool. If you go out of the hotel and walk to the right there are lovely little coves. 5 minute walk to the strip also which is great. If you want to get out of the hotel for a bit I would recommend Cartel bar for cocktails and lemongrass for food. The beach bar near to the hotel was lovely too. Ayia napa is also a 15 min drive too so would recommend a visit to there also, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice It is there. Recommend sage if you visit there. I don’t like to go back to the same place usually but will definitely return!

We’ve just returned from a 10 day break at the King Jason and we absolutely loved it. Due to the COVID situation we never knew if the holiday was going to happen but we were so glad it did. The hotel is amazing, as is the location right on top of Fig Tree Bay with a short stroll into the Protatas strip, but what makes this place so special is the staff. From the guys around the pool, who never stop serving you drinks all day to the brilliant restaurant staff, management and chefs, can’t praise them enough, excellent service, great drinks and probably the best all inclusive food I’ve had. Mexican and Chinese nights in particular were excellent as was the Sunday carvery. All in all a fantastic break, I wont hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.
