We were fortunate enough to win a two night stay here in January 2017. We stayed in a 4 person glass igloo and it was UNBELIEVABLE. Cosy, clean, perfectly located and an experience I would recommend to anybody. The restaurant was stunning and although the food was limited in choice, it was very tasty. We had the set menu one...

We stayed in the Kelo cabins(cabin with attached glass igloo) for six nights recently (mid-March). Cabins are beautiful, spacious and have beds both inside the cabin and in the igloo...they have fireplaces, a kitchenette and their own sauna. No complaints there. They offer regular activities, dogsledding, reindeer sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing...we found all of them fun, run by pleasant...

We stayed 1 night (23/24 March) in an igloo and while we enjoyed the experience, it could have been so much better. The igloo experience is definitely recommended as the views of the bed are just beyond comparison. The room has basic facilities so for a short stay it was enough for us. Unfortunately the beds were 2 singles instead...

The resort itself is great. Don't believe any of the bad comments you may see on Trip Advisor! We highly recommend the kelo igloos -- the ones with the log cabin attached to the glass igloo -- they certainly maximize space and comfort. One set of beds is under the igloo, giving a full view of the sky. So, of...

Save your money, don´t go there: I must say, the promotional work they do is amazing: deamy videos, beautiful pictures, this place looks like the most beautiful place. The reality is a LOT different - From the airport shuttle bus (incredible rip off) to the cantine food in the resort restaurant (which is mandatory to book when you book a...

Stayed here as a couple in the Kelo Glass igloo for three nights (March 17-20) I'm surprised at the negative reviews that have been given. We had an excellent experience from start to end. If you go with the right expectations then you'll have an amazing time. We arrived at about 10:30pm due to a cancelled flight and then a...

We are glad we went, but the disconnect between the beauty of the place and some of the guest services severely detracted from the experience. First the positives: The resort is simply spectacular, set in a winter wonderland. The structures are mostly built by massive logs of pale grey wood, and they look very cool. Our son stayed in a...

* Best staff * little pricey but worth it * dinner and breakfast is included. They do cater your dietary requirements. * husky sledding is highly recommended in a day time. Will cost you close to $220 aud per person. *Reindeer safari is pretty cool experience and it's cheaper than husky sledding. There is no comparison here. I personally enjoyed Reindeer...

We spent six nights in this wonderful and wild place. 2 in crystal igloo and 4 in a house with sauna and fireplace. Environment is great, quite and paceful. You may not expect all comfort coming from the word "resort" but you should be able to like the way it is managed. Almost all is in your own. Staff is...

Greeted by young very friendly well English spoken staff. We stayed first in the west village in a glass igloo which was actually comfortable. Only negative point was the neighboring guests left their lights on so that the northern lights laying in bed was difficult to see, also they congregated extremely loudly outside still leaving the lights on into the...
