We stayed 2 nights in a 4 person glass igloo in the west village. The grounds are beautiful and we loved the experience of staying in the glass igloo. The food was good and there are also snack options and a cool glass igloo bar connected to the restaurant were you can grab a Finnish draft beer. The reviews on...

We really enjoyed our time there but went into it with a level of trepidation after having read all the reviews. We were aware that it was not going to be a traditional luxury hotel that one would anticipate with the price tag. However do to the remoteness we were ok with that and enjoyed our time hanging out and...

on arrival disappointed at the greeting we received. They took all of two minutes to explain the facilities and had to ask the basic questions i.e. what time is breakfast and where etc as they were not forthcoming with info. We had to carry out own luggage to the West large Cabin which was very basic. No wardrobes, dreadful pillows...

We did one night in a snow igloo in the East Village which was so much fun and a great experience and then three nights in a Kelo Glass igloo in the West Village which...

First of all most of the staff was very friendly . The food in the Aurora Restaurant (which you are forced to buy with your room ) is absolutely disgusting . The restaurant runs out of salad and potatoes (including French fries ) on a regular basis and the server blames it on the weather although it hadn't snowed in...

Don't visit expecting a five star experience, go expecting a great hideaway with comfy cosy lodges which are spacious with fires and private saunas. Or unique glass igloos which are small with basic toilet and sink but great fun for one night. Bed is super comfy. Yes, food in restaurant is basic but good. Take plenty of snacks and champagne...

We planned a girl's trip and stayed in a four person igloo. In advance of the trip, we booked all our excursions, including airport transfer. When we arrived, the airport transfer was waiting for us and we were quickly transported to the resort. Check in was very quick and easy and yes we used a sled to get our luggage...

.... twice would be way too much. We saw the pictures of the glass igloos in a travel magazine and we fell in love with this " resort ". We decided to book a cabin with an igloo attached and that was definitely a great decision. The glass igloos look nice in a picture but in real life we found...
