Our 2-family Spring Break trip to Finland included 4 nights here and we loved it! The house was perfect for our group of 9 (4 adults and 5 kids ages 6-13). The ground floor room was good for 2 adults. The upstairs bedrooms have a loft design and can be configured to accommodate the relevant number of guests. Everybody had a bed and was very comfortable. We were busy with activities during the days: skiing, tobogganing, husky safari, snowmobile safari, ice karting. For most evenings we picked up groceries and cooked at the house. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space is very nice with excellent views, including northern lights one evening. The kids liked playing in the snow around the house. The adults enjoyed the sauna. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall this is a great house in a great destination!

Our stay at the luxury vacation house in Saariselka, Finland, was nothing short of enchanting. The interior of the house exuded luxury with its modern design, cozy furnishings, and attention to detail. The beautiful aesthetic set the tone for a truly memorable experience.
The location directly at the ski piste was a game-changer. The convenience of hitting the slopes at our leisure added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.
The house's spacious layout and numerous well-appointed rooms provided a sense of opulence and comfort. Each room was tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming and indulgent atmosphere throughout the property.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the traditional Finnish sauna. A perfect retreat after skiing, the sauna's design seamlessly blended authenticity with modern comfort, contributing to an overall sense of relaxation and well-being.
Communication with the renters was exceptional. The property manager was responsive and accommodating, ensuring our needs were met promptly and courteously. Their local insights added a personal touch to our experience, enhancing our understanding and appreciation of the area.
All in all, the luxury vacation house in Valo is a winter paradise that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for those seeking a perfect blend of luxury, adventure, and relaxation.

Our recent experience at the Valo Ice Cube Villa, located in scenic Saariselka in northern Finland, was truly enchanting. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a beautiful panorama of snowy landscapes and the warm feel of this spacious detached villa.
The villa itself was an oasis of luxury and comfort. The decor was tasteful and modern, with a touch of Scandinavian charm. The large windows offered breathtaking views of the surrounding wilderness, making us feel truly connected to the natural beauty of Lapland.
One of the highlights of our stay was the extensive selection of snow activities available straight from the villa. From dog sledding to snowmobile rides, there was something for everyone. The opportunity to experience these adventures amidst the enchanting winter landscapes was truly unforgettable.
After a day full of adventure, we could relax and de-stress in the villa's inviting sauna. It was the perfect way to warm up and unwind after a day in the cold outdoors. The added comfort of the cozy fireplace made the experience all the more luxurious.
All in all, our stay at the Valo Ice Cube Villa was an unforgettable experience that we will cherish. For those looking for an exclusive and luxurious winter experience in the far north, this accommodation is definitely recommended. We can't wait to return to this enchanting place.

Best location for families in Saariselka. Next to the skipiste- ski in and ski out. The house (9) in front has the best views of the beautiful forest and when your lucky like we were you see the northern lights. The house is perfect for two families, with small children. It has a sauna and a jacuzzi tub.
We weren travelling with two families witg two small children and one extra adult who slept in the extra bedroom downstairs.

This was my second stay at this beautiful vacation house in Saariselka, Finland.
This time with a group of girlfriends. After various activities during the day, it was a pleasure to return home and enjoy the sauna and the whirlpool with a nice glass of wine. The beds are excellent and it is spacious enough to host a group of ladies.
An unforgettable vacation - it was so great that I booked again for 2025 - but then with the family.

Wow, staying here was an absolute wonderful and unforgettable experience!
Coming 'home' in the Valo Villa, after spending time outdoors in the unique Winter Wonderland of Finnish Lapland was amazing! Unwind and relax in the Sauna and jacuzzi, while enjoying the spectacular view and landscape.
The cherry on the cake was watching the northern light over the house :-)

Beautiful villa right on the ski slopes, there is a lot of space and the view is truly spectacular. Close to many activities. We could even see the northern lights from the house on our first evening, I would love to go there again! We were in house number 9 and we think it really has the best view
